there was a person on this site who had a court date set for may 19th.

he sent me a pm to tell me this date but never posted it publicly. i have not heard tell of him since and was wondering, if i give his username to a mod, is there any way that they can send him an e-mail or even trace the last time that he logged on to the site?

has he made a donation?

 

it is fairly important as he is the only person to date that has gone to court with a bank from NI

You could do some of this yourself by using the search facility to find a post by him and then looking at his user profile. This will show you when he last logged in and details of all the posts he's made.

I'm in no way accusing the above mentioned user of doing this, there are many reasons he may not have posted, but there are a growing number of people that either take the money and run or, for those that haven't got the money yet sit quietly in their own thread asking questions and getting answers but not responding to other threads.

 

Even if you don't know anything new it helps newer users if someone says "I was in that position 2 weeks ago, so-and-so advised me to do this", or just a "welcome and good luck" message means a lot. I know, I've been there.
