O I C. Im no help with CCJs sorry. You need to put the account in dispute with Equidebt, there should be a letter in the library for this. Then just pursue for your charges as normal with Cap 1. You defo have to get them from Cap 1.

Update: They have today agreed to credit my Halifax credit card but will not agree to this card so I am going to apply for a warrant. They may apply for a set aside but hopefully this will be frowned upon as judgement was granted nearly a month ago. Just waiting for the court to send me info on how I apply for a warrant.

Well update....I sent them a letter on 2nd May saying pay up within 7 days or I will get a warrant. No reply so have phoned them today asking what is going on as Im happy to get a warrant. I was fighting to get a cheque rather than a credit to the card but he said they wouldnt do that so I have had to begrudgingly settle for the credit. He did say "so that concludes this case then" and I said "Yes, iro the judgement". I didnt tell him to expect a wasted costs order from me lol. Oh he wouldnt finalise my OHs Rbos one though as the interest was higher so he said he will take advise. Ok....I will now apply for a warrant for that one then.

Brad, all the courts have backlogs. It took a while for mine to come from the court. You can phone them and they will tell you if they have a backlog but I would wait until beginning of next week if I were you. They will still make sure all the dates are ok even though they have a backlog.

You pay the court costs when you file. You can claim them back though if you are successful and you add these costs onto your claim. The amount of court costs you have to pay vary on the amount you are claiming for.
