Just saying a quick hello to everyone - have been a member on here for a month or so now but haven't posted yet - lots of useful info on here so a big thanks to all who have contributed - I am an Abbey National bank user & have suffered from bank charges for a few years now - am on the verge of sending the first letter to the bank to get a list of charges against me and will then progress through until charges have been paid back in full. Have found this site very informative and wish to thank all in advance - am looking forward to fighting the 'mighty' banks and coming out victorious Good luck all!! Steve
