  1. Ediie, please read the FAQs. You only add interest when it gets to the point of filing a court claim.
  2. I asked for this so that I could see, at any given point, what my authorised overdraft was, and compare the balance of my account to this. In the end, they just sent me my account note, that didn't even contain this information. Never mind, I still won!
  3. I think it's a toss up between Abby's post and the one from the user who sued himself/herself!!!
  4. Don't forget to donate if you can, maybe 5% ??
  5. Spot on mindbomb. Dunno if youve spoken to Debbie D;Aubney at all, but I had cause to (I wouldn't recommend you do really though) but she was surprisingly a really nice, friendly woman!
  6. Well, it's worth a try (going to branch). The worst they can say is "no"....
  7. Diva, welcome! It depends how much you value your time. At the end opf the day, it is money that the bank have stolen from you, so there's the principle of the matter...
  8. Good on you fella, that's a very nice gesture to make.
  9. Hi stevey - it appears that you have not read the FAQ and library section. Do this, and also take a look at my thread (the link is in my signature, below) and read it IN FULL and you'll then know what to do. Please post back if you have any further questions that haven't already been answered elsewhere.. Good look, keep us posted!
  10. Onwards and upwards! Good luck, keep us posted! Also, when you get settlement, perhaps you could consider donating 5% to the site...?
  11. Great news Jam old Pal (see what I did there, hey, hey?!) Don't forget a donation to the site, maybe 5% when you get the money (which if you fax it back to DG you'll probably get into your account tomorrow or wednesday).
  12. But what about when they consider off-shoring the rest of the operations? I called National rail the others day and asked for a train time for a train from Swinton (South Yorkshire) to Sheffield. I EXPLICITLY stated that it was Swinton South Yorkshire and not Swinton in Manchester. I even told her it would show on her system as Swinton (S. Yorks.). The result? Well, for a 20 minute-or-so train journey going through Rotherham, Meadowhall, and the Sheffield, she wanted to send me via London Waterloo. WTF?! This might seem like a drastic example, but believe me, this is a VERY common occurence.
  13. Make sure that you make it clear that it is a request and not a demand. DEMANDING this may not be looked on too favourably...
  14. lol1954 - WHAT IS THE AMOUNT?!
  15. Guys, great news on the settlements, but can you stick toy our own thread's please! Also, don't foget to take the survey if you have had charges returned (refunded) - link at the top of the forum. Also, while you're there, why not consider donating 5% of your "windfall"? Again, the button is near the top of the forum.
  16. Yes. They acknowledged and then settled it about 2 days later.
  17. Not long at all. From filing my claim, I think the money was in my account about a week-and-a-bit later.
  18. So so funny! I laughed for ages when I read this! Yes, it was nice of them to do that for you.
  19. Pezboy - as barracad has quite rightly stated, by not asking permission of one of the Admins (Dave or Bankfodder) to access the forums, you are breaking the Computer Missuse Act. I have no problem with you posting here, and I doubt Dave/Bankfodder would, but you MUST ask their permission first. Please contact either of them and seek permission to read the forums. I will also draw their attention to your presence.
