by law you have to let them try and sort the problem. if you are not happy after that, take it further but you have to 'play the game' first -

suing a company as they have not fulfilled their obligations claim issued on 1/11/06 acknowledged by defendant on 6/11/06 today is 21/11/06 but nothing has been entered as a defence on moneyclaims website have i won?

the council said i will be hearing from an independent adjudicator regarding this matter but i havent heard anything - its been 10 days now, do you think anything will arrive?

after the SAR letter to Abbey asking for statements from Sept 2000 to Aug 2006, i have recieved statements to Aug 2005. i have waited a month extra but nothing else is forthcoming, what can i do?

at some point, dont they have to share with me what their defence is (i think this is called a 'bundle')? will this include the letters that i have sent them?

peeps i am at the stage where i am waiting for Abbey to acknowledge my claim against them via the moneyclaim website BUT the copies of the 2 letters i have sent them already (inc letter before action) have been accidentally binned is this significant......?

can anyone please tell me what penalty charges (if any) can lafully be applied to my beneficial credit card account? i have been charged for being over my limit, and for a payment that was not recieved in time thanks a lot!!

i am already claiming the charges back. people please understand, banks are being sued for the same offence - meaning they are guilty of committing the same offence more than once, twice etc. i am sick of it. they must be punished
