  4. email as follows: ''changes to the law in april ruled that various bank charges (unpaid direct debit fees, etc) were unlawful. my question is, what happens when, after suing a bank for the fees back (and winning), the bank continues to apply unlawful fees to your bank account?'' i will post their response when i get it HARDCORE WILL NEVER DIE
  5. the point is: ask the council to prove that you were parked illegally play golf!!!!!!
  6. ''''It would be interesting to see how the police would view such documentation if I made a complaint of attempted extortion, blackmail and deception''' why dont you make a complaint? just think of how many people have paid these morons just think of how many people wont have to pay if the police take action AND you will go to heaven!!!
  7. i have an idea, but get some legal advice as well. when you signed the contract, both you and the company agree to act in a lawful manner. the charges you mention are unlawful, meaning that the company, by charging you, have acted unlawfully, and thus have broken the terms of the contract. dump the car on their forecourt, write to them explaining that you are no longer bound by the contract (because they have acted unlawfully) and enjoy Christmas.
  8. the banks seem to think that, if they have a rule, its as good as law. morons if they charge you again, take them to court again. and enjoy your refund. again
  9. got a ticket anyway. the photo evidence does not show any times. i have written to the council to tell them this but they have told me to go and jump. can i ask them to produce evidence that shows i was parked for longer than 30 mins?
