When I estimated the charges ,I used one of the old spreadsheets total £4122.77 Now I have done it onVampiress's Chambers slightly more £4503 but Ive worked out compound interest (22.5%) for when I fill in the MCOL:)another £2546 this should be interesting ! -

Claim for refund sent 28/8 £1050.35 LBA sent 13/9 £100 offered MCOL 29/9 £1148.03 Acknowledged 4/10 Received a letter today offering £305:mad: Do they know what they are doing? How come some people have been paid at this stage?

Mines a green card claimed £78 Paid £54 straight away:) said their charges were now £8 !just had a letter closing my card !!!

My second letter from them was no better:mad:Sent MCOL 19/9 ,got offer of full amount today:) but with a confidentiality clause:mad: keep going you will get your money!!

MBNA are pretty good at sending the information ,be patient,follow the step by step instructions.(Request for repayment/LBA etc) and they will pay you:)

Sent Data Protection Act 31/7 ,reply received 31/8 offered £580 !! I hadnt even asked them for anything at this stage:) Sent request for payment 2/9 £1614.23 . nothing. Sent LBA 18/9. paid another £620 4/10:) Phoned them today asking why no interest ,as I was filling out MCOL today, they offered to work out my interest ! Phoned back and offered £830 (£400 more than I had asked for !!) JUst waiting for the money!!

Try phoning again the day before your'e due to claim at court They couldn't have been more helpful today,when they know you're willing to go all the way !!

In the bank letters template there is a rejection of offer letter:)which you can amend to suit your circumstances also read this « Could it really be this easy!?

:)Just spoke to some one called Colin Pugh at the same number 01244 672628,(after partial payment ) agreed to pay in full.Worked out my interest for me at 22.9 % !! £400 more than I asked for :grin: Waiting for money to be in account.Donation to follow!! Off to pub:cool:
