This means that in our view the informaton is personal data and should have been supplied as part of your S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) within 40 days and for a maximum fee of £10:D

I think this also happens if you put 'english' dates in,you must do it the american way!!i.e month first

sent request for £630.67 1/11:) got offer of £183 on 11/11:rolleyes: offer partially accepted,LBA sent 28/11

Anybody had this situation,or got any thoughts?

Finally heard from Barclaycard re my non -compliance claim,they have offered to pay my costs( £90 ) and repeated the microfiche argument:mad: Now what happens,I will accept the £90 but tell them I will continue with my claim for compliance:) What is likely to happen if this goes to court??:?

Barclays acknowledged on the 2nd,isn't someone supposed to tell me? They have until the 24/11 to put their defence in

Their last date for replying was 10/11 ,because of the weekend I suppose I will hear from the court tomorrow ,that they acknowledged at the last moment as usual:mad: If not I will ring the court and if they havnt heard anything ,apply for judgement

cheque arrived:)10/11,please send letter to court when money has cleared !!
