  1. Hi Mel- Good on you! I will let you know if anything happends my end vic
  2. Dont be afraid they are doing this all the time, they are just trying to hold things up. I e-mailed my list of charges to the court to be on the safe side and i am still awaiting an answer to see if this is ok. As the above post says you have already sent it to them twice, just send them again a list of charges (i would send it to the court as well) Dont panic....all will be fine Vicky
  3. Hi Barraced- i waited 4/5 days not 28 mins. i understand that people should not start new threds willy nilly and the mods are very busy. - Thanks you for your reply.
  4. Hi Could anybody tell me when i can file for judgement..... Is it 28 days after it has been served? Im getting confused..... Vic xx ps sorry for the new thred my post hasnt been aswerd yet i thought i would stand a better chance if posted a new one>
  5. Having a blond moment here! when does the 28 days count from? is it when it was served? lloyds acknowledged the claim on the 18/08/06 i was sent something in the post from the court with a tick inside the box saying they were gonna defend. But on MCOL it just says "Start" i have nothing at all from them! Sorry this is long winded- just want to be sure that i can request judgement on the correct date (if i can do that) vic
  6. I think a lot of people on here are getting worried about MCOL because it doesnt allow you to attach your bank charges. I e-mailed them with my bank charges im am yet to know if this is allowed. I dont want to send my charges to s and m because they are yet to enter a proper defence, and i dont really want to remind them- I want the big ass debt collecters to go get my money ( yes i know ...fat chance)
  7. LOL LOL LOL Please can i stand and watch while the big men with bold heads go into your bank with baseball bats.........(ok that went too far....if only)
  8. Good luck Reload- Make sure you kick their butts good and proper!
  9. With regards to e-mailing MCOL- After reading the post by crustygit (think thats his name) Someone said that they also e-mailed them to pass on more details of their claims. ....I dont know the correct answer for this. But i e-mailed my info over and i just have to wait and see what happends. I will be very hacked off if my case gets chucked out especially when i followed procedure by sending a huge list of charges both with my prim and lba. Its such a bummer that MCOL wont allow you to attach important info. Anyways, dont want to hijack your posts Dave. If i get any come back i will let you all know. I am thinking that Crustygit must have been very unlucky, and i know that cases have been settled without a list of charges etc being attached to the moneyclaim forms. But in all cases its better to cover yourselfs i think. Im wondering if a mod has any thoughts on this? vicky
  10. Hi guys and girls. Thought it might helpfull to add the moneyclaim (online) e-mail address, as your limited for space you wont be able to attach your list of bank charges and intrest etc. Not sure if this is the correct way to do this but if you read the thred below it may come in use .http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/27282-case-struck-out-beware.html Its not easy to find but the e-mail address is [email protected] Vicky
  11. Hi there- i had the same problem- on mcol you cant attach anything. I ended up emailing them my spread sheet. Lots of people get away with not sending it, but i have started to hear of cases that the judge is chucking them out because of lack of info. Hope this helps Vick
  12. To be on the safe side- I have e-mailed northampton court with a copy of my charges and intrest. Better to be safe then sorry- These banks are trying any tactic they can think off to drag their feet- Makes me so MAD.
  13. Hi tink- i must be blind as i cant find it...Grrrr
  14. Anybody know the E-mail address for northampton court? many thanks Vicky
  15. Thanks for the advice crusty- I cant believe that they have done this to you. I am gonna e-mail the court now. Vic
  16. Still no news- I read a thred today in which a case was chucked out because she didnt send a list of the charges with her claim. This has concernd me as i filed my moneyclaim on line, and there was not a option to attach it. I have the spredsheet ready to send to them once i know if they are going to defend. I did send a break down of charges to them in my 1st and 2nd letter. This is such a pain- As im trying to do this right- But it seems to set you back when doing money claim on line.
  17. That is such a worry- I didnt send the the breakdown of charges with my moneyclaim because there wasnt enough room- Altough i did send it with my first 2 letters. I was gonna send it once i recived a responce from them ....im worried now
  18. Should i put this in the litigation ? Claim number 6QZ54925 Amount claiming $3686.10 (using a non english computer cant find pound sign) moneyclaim issued 15/08/06 acknowledged 18/08/06
  19. hi adamski - i looked on moneyclaim and it was aknowledged on the 18/08/06. But as of yet have not enterd a defence- did they send you a letter to say they were defending?
  20. Hi just an update- Claim was aknowledged on the 18/08/06- they have a further 2 weeks to enter a defence......i bet they will drag this out as long as poss Vic
  21. Well i thought the same when i had my letter back. So i changed mine to something like " further to your letter dated......." Vicky
  22. oh lol lol lol- Dont i just feel stupid now
