another note i have been reading other posts and in some it says do not sign letters would these include sar and cca requests?.

been looking at the statements i cancelled the ppi in the 1st month,so no ppi seems there are charges but lloyds did not send all statements some missing as they could not find them, thats what is says on the letter i got with my sar. would the charges still show on statements. the reason i ask is lloyds stopped all interest ,there is some showing for late payment, would these of been taken off when the interest was stopped or would have been put to the final amount oweing.

i got my paperwork back from lloyds today sar and amongst the papers there is a credit card agreement as well as loads of paperwork,ie statements,and everything else lloyds have on me.but nothing back from marlins as yet.what would be my next steps.

i sent a postal order you can then see if it has been cashed also send all letters by recorded /regerstered post that way you can track and trace. you also have proof that letter has been sent and i do a few copys with dates ect for my own peace of mind.

card was taken out over the phone but can not remember if i signed anything i do have terms and cons. sent failure to comply today, i also did get a default notice. but can not remember if i got a termination notice, but do have a assignment letter which came with a letter from lloyds. once again many thanks for your help.

hi mw45uk i am in the same boat i was worried out of my skin,but with the help i have had from dx100uk i now feel in control.i was told not to phone marlin,by members on here so please take that on board be strong and try not to worry.

i am sure the card was canceled would that make a driffrence,as lloyds stopped all the interest.

also can they still add intrest.

may i ask about the credit card. if it was taken out before april 2007 has the law changes as mine was taken out in 2008 where do i stand. as just a little confused as i dont want to make fool of my self.

thanks purplemushroomfairy2 what you are saying stop paying them ? i have sent a cca to lloyds but seems i have sent it to the wrong address. you say dispute do i have to download a template for that ? or will the cca put that in dispute. i dont have beef about paying the money back BUT not at their rate they are the least of my worries staying healthy is my biggest battle i live day by day. i did pay my monthly payment to day to lloyds who then forward it on to marlin, so should i not pay the next payment until they produce the cca ? many thanks for your input.

sorry dx I dont understand what you mean, do i have to send another cca or sar as the sticky you pointed is not for a sar , but please correct me if i am wrong. i am really confused. that seems to be for debt management do i need to send the sar to them ? sorry to be a pain but just confused many thanks.

its now been 13 days since i sent a cca to marlin how long should it be before they reply ,and how long should i wait, what will be my next steps. and when they do reply what should i do .also my sar to lloyds is still in the royal mails system .should i get in touch with royal mail track and trace to find out if postal order has been cashed.

hi all sent the sar of to lloyds on the 17th of dec but when i look on the post office track and trace it says its still in there system.i sent it to an adress in chatham kent would this be the right adress ?.
