been trying for a fair few days trying to post the agreement up on here,with no luck i have word,paint, any one give a easy way to post docs up. dx did give me a guide but can not get it to work.in the mean time i sent a proposal to marlin on the 20th of march. i got a letter from marlin to day asking me to fill a statement of means ,asking for my bank details, employment details, but in the letter i sent them i explained to them that i have just finished treatment for cancer, and that i am only working part time and that my ofter was the same as i was paying lloyds,£40 pcm. now what i would like to ask is do i have to fill in the statement of means is it law, many thanks if any one can help. all i want to do is pay the money back.

having a nighmare i will have to get some one to help me.

if so can i block what i have to via the pc?

right i have got the scanner to work do i have to block out any of the words, ie address,signture,or any other bits and peaces

how and where do i start i start complaint against the bank.

yes i did it was reviewed every 6 months.wont they ask for more than £1,

just received my agreement from marlin with a letter as to what my proposal for repayments are. i was paying lloyds £40 per month what should i ofter them. also the reason not been on for a few weeks is feeling the after affects of treatment for cancer, the most i can afford is £50 pcm. what should i now do. many thanks for your help.

how do i post the document up once i have taken photo with a digi camara.

we dont have a scanner at the moment but been looking at the paperwork dont seem to be any t/c just the agreement. it says on the top credit card acceptance form and agreement .i will pop over the internet shop tomorrow and post the forms up.

how would i know if it is enforceable,i will have to check the paperwork to see if the t/c are there but i am sure they are.

thats what they sent there is over 200 pages of paperwork and most diffently sent a photocopy of the agreement.

sorry but not to sure what you mean by state of agreement.not meaning to be rude but dont quite understand.

lloyds sent me a copy of the c/c agreement with the sar.

still no reply from marlin seems a waiting game,

just got a letter from marlins they enclosed a statement of Account received from lloyds, BUT still waiting for my credit card Agreement,and can confirm your Account is on hold while in dispute.do i just wait till the c/c agreement comes and not make payments.

both sar and cca were sent on the 30thdec2013.

sorry got the sar back from lloyds but no cca from marlin.

should i now apply to get late payment refunded.

still no reply from marlin sar sent also compliance letter also sent but no reply,how long can i expect to wait.

i also signed the cca request that i sent to marlin as well,also the follow up letter.where will it leave me,,,,
