  1. scotty i agree i have never had a problem with bright house and when i go in store to do my weekly payments the lasses are lovely i have a fair bit with them and never have hasseled and i would recommened brite house to anyone

  3. i have the agreements in front of me surely they must in breech of the contract also i recieve text messages daily stating ring perfect homes regarding your account and asked them after the fiftteeth text to remove me froom system as i was up todate and they stated because you are on buy now pay later until the pay now starts which is in june you will then cease to recieve them the staff are rude and dont listen to what you have to say i wish i never took it out now
  4. hi there im not sure wether i have posted on correct thread or not but here goes i became a customer with perfect homes about 2 weeks ago and if i am honest dont think i will ever go down that road again i opted for a bed and mattress and it was delivered the following weds and was tol that the delivery guys would set it up which they didnt when asked they said it wasnt on their work sheet well i wasnt gunna stand there arguing n was going to be late for work so i thought no biggy i do it when i finish work at 10 o clock not my idea of fun any way to cut a long story short i unp[acked everything to find no screws i was livid at that time of night cudnt fone anyone so left it til next day when i rang them they was no one available to come back out til day after which would have been friday wasnt happy but thought fair enough and was given a free week for the hassel next day i was working yet again and left my daughter waiting in when they arrived they didnt have the screws and promised they would be back by the end of day i rang the store when my daughter informed me by which time it was 5 o clock so we ad given them enough time and was told the manager would ring me back hopefully before they closed which never happened so now we are on saturday and i rang them back to be told the manager busy after i asked to speak with them and was told it was going to be wedsnesday before anyone could come back out with it been bank holiday im still waiting for this manager to ring me back i have paid two weeks on this stupid t v bed and havny had the pleasure of lying it im livid plz help with any advice many thanks
