  1. Hello My son bought an xbox from perfect homes . He said it was paid for now but we have had letters from and visits from perfect homes Temple Finance have also wrote but its to me they are writing to. When my son bought the xbox I was ask to go with him (he phoned me from the shop) whenI got there I was told by the lady dealing with Jack that I was only there to give permission for the xbox to be brought into my home and for my son to use my insurance. My own fault I signed the forms with out reading them. They now say I owe £18, Jack says it was all paid. I have had visits tomy home, I have been called a liar by staff on the phone saying I have received a recorded letter with contents when I said I did not he said pointless talking to you we are getting nowhere. 2 days later I got a leter saying they had not sent a recorded leter as I was first told but no apology. I have sent countless emails to make complaints but they are never answered. What is the best way to deal with this, there are adding interest on all the time from the shop even though Temple Finance is dealing with it Thanks
