Since eBay is not a credit service it should not go on my credit file right?? Transcom said it would not go on my credit file is this true?

So I can pay them less without them taking me to court?? They are very demanding and insist that I couldn't pay lower when I first spoke to them

The debt is legit. I think they are acting on behalf of eBay. I told them I couldn't afford the first payment and they then said they would accept £130 just this once. I could afford that each week and would be willing to do that how do I get them to agree?? I don't want them taking me to court

eBay passed a debt of £2333 to transcom worldwide. They are demanding £200 a week and they say this is the least they would accept I could pay £130 how can I get them to accept???
