Literally just back from the JCP office, i wasn't handed a form, but was asked if i'd like to participate in the new site being launched on Monday, being a glutton for punishment, i agreed and had to put my email address on a sticker on my JSA file the JC keep my signing form in. No discussion on weather it was mandatory as i was foolish enough to help the JC out with a wrongly categorized job on their system...¬¬ Anyhoo, i can't wait to see it crash and burn, according to Flumps (whoops not Fluffy) in another thread, this hasn't been tested in JCP offices at all [EDIT] and when i say "sticker" i mean a label with "Email:.............." thats it, no other words on it. [EDIT 2] Just to clarify, Universal Jobmatch requires you to sign up to the site to hunt for jobs. It's been developed my Monster ( ¬¬ ) and will track the jobs you've applied for and will be visible to DWP staff (apparently) though how they will do this is anyone's guess. Still no clarification as to weather it's manditory, FOI requests have been denied as guidelines haven't been published. Wish i could post links lol, theres a full FAQ on the Gov website

Thats just it, it's my one and only Debt Company who are texting me, with my full name in the texts.

A question raised on a Guardian comment has me thinking. When i go back to ingeus, i'll be put onto the "Work Experience " part of the programme no doubt. Hypothetically, if i have an accident on my placement, which wasn't my fault, who would be liable? Would i be covered by my "Employers" insurance for instance? Or would it be the Providers or even DWP's responsibility?

Hi all, spent a long time reading this forum from page 1 tonight, ah the joys of unemployment Just received my summons to go back to Ingeus after my 18 week vacation to their subbie. I have a feeling they're going to be more rigorous this time around, but thanks to you guys i know where to come if they give me grief. Though a funny thing has been troubling me. Recently i started getting text messages to my new phone from a debt company. Thing is, Ingeus are the only people/company who have this number for me and i never give it out willynilly online or in real life, which begs the question, has someone bought my Personal Info from Ingeus? or have they sold it on and whomever bought it has sold it on again? [edit] Ingeus have everything about me on their database, i want to be the WP Guinea pig, so to speak lol
