You must need the employment contract in order to proceed any further but the company can't refuse to issue you with one and from there you could take further actions in order to get your proper money back. I beleive ther won't be any hassle and you are certainly entitle to rise an issue. Let us know what happened.

Passing your home on to another person When you die, your husband or wife, or one other person in your family who has been living with you for at least the last year, will usually be able to take over the tenancy agreement from you. This is called the right of succession and this can only happen once. -
took out a secured loan approx 18 months ago which I have recently settled. I rang the company (First National) and asked why PPI had been included in the settlement figure as I hadn't received it. To my surprise I received a cheque for £3.5K last week, fantastic and has paid for my family holiday this year.
