  1. Well the due dates for Wonga & Pounds till Payday have passed. I've emailed Wonga several times before my payment date, they sent me an I&E form on the 31.10.2012, which i duly completed but i have heard nothing from them since. the interest is still being added, any ideas? I have emailed PTP on three occasions & tried live chat twice, they just reply saying they have added £59 and i will have to wait for an account manager to contact me by phone. Clearly i'm not happy about this but i don't know what to do. I would be grateful if anyone has any advice. Thanks
  2. It's now the time of the month to contact Pounds till Payday and Wonga. Has anyone got any idea of the best email address to use for these two companies to get speedy responses. I'll keep you updated. Thanks
  3. Thank you very much for your replies. BM can i ask, did you contact PTP prior to the loan due date or after? Also how long was if prior to you paying then bank in full? I'm just a little worried as it would appear that after 60 daiys the loan is passed to a DCA and there is no way i will be able to pay the full amount back within 60 days. I borrowed £800 and therefore the payment due is £1040. I have been doing this for months and months loaning the money, repaying and then straight away reloaning the money.
  4. At the end of the month i will have to default on two loans one with Wonga and one with pounds till payday. I am unable to close my bank account as i have an overdraft but will get my wages paid into a different account. I will report my bank card stolen and cancel the CPA for wonga. I will then contact them asking for a repayment plan for over 12 months. I'm concerned about the payday loan with pounds till payday, i will cancel the direct debit but i cannot find any recent post regarding pounds till payday and repayment plans, has anyone got any recent experience???? Thanks
  5. With regard to making payments to QQ i am unable to do this as they won't supply any banking details. I have emailed them again today detailing my dissatisfaction and frustration. I have now decided i have had enough & will not be speaking to them on the phone, i'll answer the phone but refuse to answer there security question and just correspond via email.
  6. Hi With regards to payday express for just over a month they wouldn't consider a repayment plan, kept saying that i didn't fit there criteria & did i want to defer, to which my response was always no, i want a repayment plan with interest and charges frozen. I emailed them every few days requesting they set up a repayment plan, after a couple of emails they stopped replying to me. Then last week i received a call from then from the debt management department of payday express. I said at the beginning of the conversation that i was only able to come to an arrangement if interest & charges where frozen. They said that from that point they where and asked me how much i could afford each month. I told them & they confirmed that the debt would be cleared in 7 months. I did ask for confirmation in writing which they agreed to & said that would take about a week. As i hadn't recieved that yet, i telephoned them today, they said it has been sent but if still not received by friday call them & they will send a copy. I am due to make my first payment on the 30 June, so won't be making any payments until i've got the agreement in writing.
  7. Further telephone call off quick quid today, they are now offering a repayment plan over 3 or 4 months which i just cannot afford. Has anyone been successful in reaching and completing a repayment plan with these jokers for anything over 3 months. They seem to agree one thing then change there minds, i am feeling so frustrated by them its unreal. I have thankfully managed to reach repayment arrangements with the other 6 companies.
  8. Hi, I had the same, no replies to emails, so i telephoned them only once & set up a repayment plan they where fine to deal with. The bank details for lending stream are barclays bank plc, sort code 20-19-90 account no. 13434028 and use your loan account number for the reference. If you have more then one loan you will have to make a seperate payment to each loan, i.e. using each loan reference number.
  9. Hi, Just an update, out of my seven payday loans i had made arrangements with four, i am in email correspondence with WDA and hope to shortly come to an arrangement with them soon. Payday express agreed an arrangement of £100 a month with me with interest and charges frozen but i am still waiting for written communication from them until i make a payment and them there is quickquid who are forever changing there minds. Last week i agreed a repayment schedule over 8 months on the telephone, i got a call today saying will you set up a repayment schedule, i said i have one arranged over eight months. They said the best we can do is five months, they then changed there minds to six months. They acknowledged that they had notes saying that they had agreed to eight months but their customer service rep said that i should not have been told that and had been mis-informed by what i was told. QQ change there minds daily and i am unable to keep up with them. Yet it seems from this forum its par for the course.
  10. Hi, I defaulted on a loan with the lending stream at the end of April, i too tried emailing them and getting no replies. I telephoned them once and agreed a payment plan, a £12 charge was added but all interest and other charges where frozen and they arranged a payment plan over the phone which seems to be going well, no further contact.
  11. Sorry i don't know how to do personal messages. PDUK payment plan for the next three months as £50pcm. LS which i had two loans with £20pcm for each loan, to be reviewed after four months. These two lenders where the easiest to deal with. Of the 7 payday loans i have i am only in arrangements with four of them.
  12. I would telephone payday UK and the lending stream as they are two of my seven payday loan companies i owe money to, they both agreed to a repayment plan on my first phone call to each, so its worth a try.
  13. Thanks for your replies, how does anyone ever get it sorted with payday express if they refuse any kind of repayment plan?
  14. For Quickquid Rep: I too am extremely unhappy about the service offered and the frequent changing of goal posts and your inability to agree a repayment plan. My loan amount is for £850.00 and i am owing to yourselves £1233.50 including interest and default charges. I have been in a mess with payday loans for over a period of over 12 months. I have had loans from yourselves over the past 13 months ranging from £400 to £850.00, so far in interest only i have paid the sum of £1555.62 (excluding the interest added to the £850.00), yet you seem unwilling to come to an arrangement regarding a payment plan i can afford. You telephone me several times a day and the information is different to what is contained within your emails. I would welcome your comments.
  15. Thanks, did you supply WDA with an I&E form and bank statements?
