The bills in my flatmates name, but they don't live at the property anymore, and npower has sent that they are considering getting a warrant of entry, however we requested a payment card in november and this still hasn't come. what can we do?

I worked in customs years ago before that came in, I did say I was customs a while ago You will only give you price you paid for it, nothing more as they have no legal power to. I know customs can be annoying but they have rules that they have to follow. cigarettes are day to day for customs, and 11k is very hard to prove for personal and in 99.9% of cases is supplying.

having worked in customs many years ago. There are some things I would point out. If they had already disposed of the goods before you went to court and before you appealed you will only get the purchase price back, although not sure why'd you buy £1.4k worth in one hit, as that sounds more than enough grounds for supplying. Customs have rules and they can give you the monetary value rather than the goods as they don't exist anymore. I can see exactly where that barrister was coming from, I smoke but have a lot of sense not to bring stupid amounts in the country. You're own fault and whatever you get back you're lucky as tbh I think the court was wrong in awarding you the money, as you can't prove they are just personal, just on the amount it can be seen as proof of supplying, and that's not just UK law but a lot of countries.

I run a guide unit and have been threatened with loosing hall we meet because of new promise (not going in to that here) and had a letter from PCC saying we have to pay £18 p/h for 52 weeks a year. we don't meet 52 weeks. This isn't for me, but for someone I know needs help. A mate of mine has been locked out of their account with no reason given, what can she do? Got my car back and green_and_mean Was stopped because the police ANPR had gone off saying the car had no insurance. I then showed the two coppers the doc prooving I had insurance, which they said was a fake, but they didn't phone up the insurance company to check, then then fined me and gave me 3 points, and got my car towed. Then went in cop shop later that day and showed them the documents, which they then also said was fake. I then spoke to my fella who printed off the car file which prooves it had insurance on it, off the DVLA database Then went back to the cop shop with both docs and spoke to an inspector who said that I didn't have to pay fine and I wouldn't get points and that he would investigate what the officers had been doing. I then got my car back and didn't pay any pound fees. I then had a phonecall today saying that it was mistaken identity, and that all the officers had recieved official warnings as they hadn't done sufficent checks.

Spoke to the inspector and had proof of the DVLA file and insurance both saying that on the day I was stopped I had insurance, so they cancelled the points and fine and pound fees, which for the pound fees I didn't have to pay anyway. What other reasons can police seize a vehicle?

I've already been to the police station and done that, and the thing which makes it stupid is that my fella owns the pound that they send vehicles to.

I've check with the insurer and it's all fine, and they didn't check when they stopped me.

The police have seized my car as they said that I had no insurance. which I had and had proof of, I then went to the police station they told me to go, and got told that my insurance doc yet again wasn't proof, what can do? and what can police actually seize cars for apart from insurance?
