Ive just come off my fixed rate with Preferred or whatever they're called now. We rang to get our new rate that was very satisfactory thank you very much. They said they would change the direct debit to show the new payment rate. I checked on-line to day and our old D/D has vanished,in its place it simply says Testing-Test with our account number next to it. Iam very suspicious of these clowns as we all are, anyone any ideas what that may mean?.

The pressies I ordered arent here yet from Amazon/Play.com. Good job I had some spare ones tucked away for an emergency. I could have sworn they said next day delivery that was a few days ago!. Iam not upset really.but anyone else out there not their pressies from the Internet shops?

Fixed rate came to an end this month. We hadnt heard from Capstone to find out our new payment so we rang them. The first call was answered by a guy whose first words were "how much would you like to pay". The wife said that we wanted to know what our new payment was. "Oh, our computers are down can you call back?". We called back in the afternoon-no wonder they didnt want to tell us what the payment was we save £500!!!.Chuffed to bits, only for the 3 months though so keep that rate down please.

THAT is the question. Before we know it we will/are slipping slowly into the quagmire that is Europe. No-one in power seems to want to broach the subject enough to actually act upon it. If the British public had the vote at least the outcome would be known,then we could have a real anti Europe party. By the way, the rest of Europe may not WANT us in bed with them!.
