Heya sent off for C.C.A request for Crap One,did what you advised and didnt sign with signature and now they are asking for a signed form because the one i sent doesnt match the one they have on file . Is there a standard letter telling them im not stupid enough to fall for their copy and pasting techniques,ta and Merry Xmas xxx

Is there a letter that i can send them telling them what you have said,let them know that i know what they are upto.My partner had one come a while back and they did send him a CCJ which is still sitting waiting to be filled out which i guess he should do thanks xx

To be honest once they know that you know what ur talking about they are quite nice,I say to them I know ur only doing your job and some bum from head office has sent you round but a) u cant just turn up on my doorstep its trespassing and b)the account is in dispute which head office also know so not only are they wasting my time they are wasting yours .Usually that works and they put dispute across the page hehe.I actually look forward to them coming now (not that they have been back for a while)

They DO call ive had them round twice but hey guess what they have been told to sod off twice also

Im no expert and id wait for someone who knows what they are talking about but id say no that is not enforcable as it contains none of your information or a signature

I have had the exact same two letters,telling me to be patient pmsl.Just exactly how long legally do they have can they send me these letters until I die or what?

heya is there a limit to finding the CCA after the 12+2 days are up or can they take as long as they want to find it. I keep getting letters telling me to be patient and that the company concerned has been contacted Thanks xx

Thanks but she dont come to my door i go to hers,when i moved my agent was supposed to have changed but i guess she wanted to keep her % so she hushed it up and said oh well you drop to me every week Ive mailed Provident and asked them to accept weekly payments of 20.00 which i think is a fair amount but have had nothing back as yet. Thanks for your advice though

Have been in touch with the company we purchased it from his attitude was to find out what is wrong first. So legally if something is wrong is it down to the garage/finance company to pay?

Had the car four months and its done about 3000 miles.It has to have a diagnostics test to see exactly what it is as a three warning lights keep coming on

Ok only going by what i saw on this tv show regarding when you have a car on HP and it goes wrong/has engine troubles. We have had two cars from the same garage on HP through Black Horse and both have had engine troubles after a few months.The first one had a major problem and cost us over 1000 to fix and now after paying off the old one and buying a new car four months later we are having engine troubles again. Now Dom showed us on his show that because your car is on HP which of course means you are hiring it until you have made full and final payments the car actually does not belong to you and therefore is not your responsibility if it goes wrong as it is not your car in the eyes of the law.His adventure was with WF and of course they denied any of this until Dom pushed and pushed and was found to be correct and they paid for the car to be sorted. Question is....is this a correct practice or does it differ from company to company,the way he told it thought it was all cars on HP

Original was sent off on 28/07/09 they received and signed for it 29/07/09 ta xx

sorry me again,so ive sent them the account in dispute letter which they have obviously ignored.no CCA has turned up from either them or the catalogue company and the 12+2 days are obviously up so now should I send them the letter that goes.............Thanks in advance You have failed to respond to my legal request to supply me a true copy of the original Consumer Credit Agreement for the above account:D:D

cos i want to get this right,if a CCA request was signed for on 29/07/09 what date does it go into default is it 12+2 days from that date making it the 12/08/09 or will it be 12+2 working days making it the 18/08/09.It dont matter cos either way they defaulted but I want to get it right thanks xxx
