and even those who are testing with lfts getting false negatives - might be down as low as 10% effectiveness in identifying infections even at peak infectiousness now yes - mingling, infecting spreading mutating more Or thats is all a scam - Did they ever think otherwise until they got sick? Newer strains apparently twice as infectious, almost twice as deadly So despite claims of half as spreadable in the inoculated (which new strains appear to be bypassing) - the twice as spreadable nullifies that and is still double in those not inoculated - including kids Twice as deadly as the original strain (perhaps more with kids) - but apparently 10-20% as deadly in the inoculated - but crucially - maybe twice (or more) as deadly for kids and the un-inoculated -

Everyone noticing the dropping number of infections being reported .. and the rising number of hospitalisations and deaths? So is it a 7-11 day delay between infections and hospitalisation? I certainly hope so, but have severe doubts. In about a week, even if sage doesn't tell us (no surprise there), we will see if the hospitalisations and deaths (hopefully a smaller increase) continue to increase If so it almost certainly means infections are not being trapped, although there is a small possibility its as a result of more serious infections in fewer people. I am already utterly certain that infections are not being identified by lft tests due to reduced symptoms in the inoculated. -

IMCCO there has not been anything even remotely close to the edge of the ballpark of considering that this Coronavirus epidemic was anywhere near to 'under control' let alone over I can understand that Johnson wants it all to just go away but it wont I can understand that Johnson just wants to lie and evade and he will I can see that a lot more people are going to get really ill and die. and johnson will no doubt carry on with 'how could anybody have foreseen that me giving money to mates for duff stuff and throwing safety measures out the window would cause that .. -

I was just checking Uncs' link on info from PHE is regarding the same issues and variants that have already been highlighted by Israel and the US CDC - it does seems to be The CDC defined it as 'we need to acknowledge the war has changed' and say it is now possibly as infectious as chickenpox - and the changes back to strongly recommending mask wearing oops reuters link added U.S. CDC internal report says Delta variant as contagious as chickenpox - report WWW.REUTERS.COM The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has described the Delta variant of the coronavirus as being as transmissible as... -

we need to be careful to differentiate between virus levels in the blood, and high virus levels in the higher respiratory tract and sweat glands which increases transmission, but rather concerning that the virus levels are not reduced, but symptoms/effects are? - that does seems strange to me but I'm no virologist -

I dont dispute some of his decisions seem bonkers .. just a different sort, and less dangerous sort of bonkers to the Corbyns Yes, people may WELL come to that decision rationally, BUT In what way is your unqualified example of vaccine produced fertility problems a result of a 'rational decision' taking into account all information? - unless you are including entirely unsupported bonkers conspiracy theories as 'information' in the same breath as 'rational decision' You (perhaps unintentionally) used 'fertility problems alongside 'rational' in the vaccine decision making process, implying credibility as Piers corbyn and many conspiracy fruitcakes do - I do and will strongly challenge that. Your jest about beans actually raises a valid and serious point I hadn't considered 8 billion humans farting more with perhaps a hundred million less cow farts in number (but generally more methane per fart) We might need to take the same anti-methane treatment as the Cows until the crisis is passed. - but banning shale and fracking seems a better place to start .. -

He needs to look at the costs associated with NOT addressing it. We can stop all shale industry NOW with very minimal effect to the worlds finances if any - just a profit hit to a few We can start to work on feeding OUR cows so they fart less - Far harder in the US, South America and Australia - but not impossible apart frrom a total lack of will on their part - so dont buy them. and Johnson, happy to pi** on legally binding international deals with our necessary, largest closets trade partner, can actually do something decent with his lack of a damn for owt but himself, and maybe his offspring if pushed, and renege on this deal and work to overturn it: (and help leave somewhere for a legacy to be) Outrage as Italy faces multimillion pound damages to UK oil firm | Oil and gas companies | The Guardian WWW.THEGUARDIAN.COM Secretive tribunals allow fossil fuel companies to sue governments for passing laws to protect environment

Must be thinking to get rid of sharma and give her this job Executive luxury Flights all over the world, no quarantine even from red list countries, visit schools after returning from red list countries, luxury all expenses tax payer paid hotels .. - all in the name of a good cause - no not climate control, dont be silly - letting Johnson out from under nut nuts thumb and get back to sowing his oats Climate minister Alok Sharma has flown to six red list nations in seven months without needing to isolate WWW.INDEPENDENT.CO.UK ‘When you’re in charge of Cop26, to take this many flights is hypocritical’ -
Interesting articlem better than most, but avoids simply saying that the shale oil and gas industry needs to end NOW while cows need to be fed something that reduces the methane output as we are weaned off so much beef in or diet (and I love eating beef) Reduce methane or face climate catastrophe, scientists warn | Greenhouse gas emissions | The Guardian WWW.THEGUARDIAN.COM Exclusive: IPCC says gas, produced by farming, shale gas and oil extraction, playing ever-greater role in overheating planet

On a lighter note (being as it sure wont happen now) "Johnson offered Dominic Cummings a seat in the House of Lords, the former No 10 chief of staff has claimed. Cummings also said the prime minister wanted to give his wife Carrie a government job with “lots of foreign travel”, according to an interview in The Spectator. If Mr Cummings had taken a peerage he would have been able to vote on laws and could even have been appointed as a minister." - Independent reporting on Spectator -

I think the UK taxpayer should clearly tell Johnson and his cronies that deals done outside the UK's stated mechanisms, are personal deals with the individual liable for them, not the nation - and refer any companies to their pals for payment for those personal deals. Send in the bailifs to get nut nuts gold leaf wallpaper - should be easy as it keeps falling off by itself doesn't it? Now that episode I would watch -
