  1. Russian junior trade negotiator rings: Hey UK - now you have given Australia such a good deal at your countries expense, as you said before, under WTO rules you must allow our imports with no tariffs UK (After 3 days looking for someone who had a clue): Err no we don't that is a specific trade deal where we only have to give Australia all those benefits Russian junior trade negotiator: So now you suddenly want to apply the actual rules eh?
  2. Just imagine it cant you Boj 'the incompetent liar': Hello MR erogan, NATO ally, pal, boj here, want to buy back that ppe you sold us .. at lets say 20% discount? Erdogan (with peals of laughter ringing in the backgound): boj who? (someone mutters amongst laughter in background) oh you, how about 50 quid the lot as long as you fly them back at your expense in that hercules of yours .. and maybe throw in the Hercules as a sweetener as you are such a good negotiator
  3. So back to this point while I have a browser that can log in .. until the next change 1. All the indications and rhetoric were that the ping was a required instruction ... even Johnson felt the need to cook up and excuse rather than just bring out the 'its advisory when we do it .. yet again - remember that? 2. I thought it was required .. as clearly the vast majority did - just like with Cummings - catch us twice eh? ... and who would have thought that NHS test and trace app wasnt under the same rules as NHS test and trace .. even if they aren't NHS ? - almost no-one 3. The Liars err populist politicians are still banging on about 'who is exempt from locking down when pinged .. - errr given the above thats EVERYBODY unless you want to TRY to claim some lockdown benefit it seems .. is it not?
  4. Theres too much visibility to justify (falsify) the middleman multi-million fees (again) to sell them .. and anyway, no-one else wants to pay over the odds for expensive aprons and gloves that barely meets mcDonalds burger flipper standards at 100x the cost ..
  5. Nobody wants to buy Britain's two million bits of useless PPE WWW.THELONDONECONOMIC.COM The UK is trying to flog its unusable PPE to other NATO members. Nobody wants to buy it | Politics
  6. testing filtered alternate browser that hopefully makes this hodgepodge mess of a site usable and viewable "Is there anything less British than forging an agreement, never having any intention of making it work?” Jenny Chapman to Brexit minister Lord Frost on the Northern Ireland protocol Well, yes there is .. Forging agreements that are so unbalanced in favour of the other side against Britain, that its like surrender terms - and that's the UK-Japan and UK-Australia trade deals I'm talking about NOT the UK-EU one.
  7. 'upgrade is debatable and disputable oh parting gift for hightail - as much as is currently known and estimated ... from the Oxford crew Results: Higher levels of all immune markers were correlated with a reduced risk of symptomatic infection. {yer dont say sherlock} Vaccine efficacy of 80% against primary symptomatic COVID-19 was achieved with an antibody level of 40923 (95% CI: 16748, 125017) and 63383 (95% CI: 16903, not computed (NC)) for anti-spike and anti-RBD, and 185 (95% CI: NC, NC) and 247 (95% CI: 101, NC) for pseudo- and live-neutralisation assays respectively. Antibody responses did not correlate with overall protection against asymptomatic infection. Conclusions: nowt but blah blah blah Note Yet to be peer reviewed but opinions: https://www.sciencemediacentre.org/expert-reaction-to-preprint-looking-at-correlates-of-protection-aiming-to-identify-levels-of-antibody-protection-required-to-prevent-symptomatic-covid-19/

  10. As little as 40 quid last I heard some time ago - and it aint a criminal offence to flash a bit of whatever at a club entrance is it? or will it have to be the electronic one where you have to give all your info for resale (with no passes) to get one?
  11. as the populists are down to ministers of state visits to announce the release some half arsed reports rather than anything actual "Liz Truss, the international trade secretary, will be in Scotland on a two-day visit to launch a report on green trade."
  12. They are - by telling them to shop at less busy times
  13. As noted above, the AZ vaccine seems to have especially poor effectiveness against the beta (SA) variant I'd be interested to see the breakdown of which vaccine was used for those hospitalised, with which variant causing the hospitalisation
  14. I dont trust him either way In either case the 80-85% effective against severe illness and 90% effective against hospitalisations they've banged on about for so long would seem to be definitively horsesh*t, let alone allowing half/un-vaccinated into pubs/clubs and wherever, let alone without mask, is even smellier Let alone - you can go wild now spreading the virus in pubs and clubs, but in October you will need to be vaccinated ..... In fact statistically (rough figures) 60+% of the population vaccinated, and even if it is 40% of those hospitalised vaccinated not the other way around ... Less than inspiring - surely that should be at most (20% in-effectiveness)*(40% not-vaccinated) of the hospitalised vaccinated ........ .... Unless the claimed vaccine effectiveness is less than half that stated in the real world.
  15. and a reminder of the utter cobblers spouted by some supposedly reputable UK scientists (and no hindsight - my opinion is here to see) COVID-19: UK set to reach herd immunity 'milestone' within days, say scientists NEWS.SKY.COM Real-time modelling indicates the nation is at a point where enough resistance is built up to combat the spread of infection.
  16. That really does tell the story # ... although to be of more value in the UK, sadly it does need the credits removing

  18. COVID-19: 60% of people being admitted to hospital with coronavirus have been double jabbed, says Vallance NEWS.SKY.COM Sixty percent of people being admitted to hospital with COVID-19 have had two doses of a coronavirus vaccine, according to the government's chief... there are now 3,813 patients in hospital with COVID-19 - the highest number since 24 March.
  19. Which goes to show The bars are all open, but Johnson the incompetent liar literally cant even manage a pi** up competently
  20. Breaking: Lateral flow Covid tests run out on day lockdown is fully lifted WWW.INDEPENDENT.CO.UK People trying to order tests through the government website told that ‘no more tests can be ordered’
  21. What!! Johnson and (dont)Trusst actually giving poor nations a boost at UK taxpayers expense? .. Don't be silly - Its just a step in trashing rules of origin Government to slash red tape for trade with developing countries WWW.INDEPENDENT.CO.UK UK wants to build on international efforts to give special trade treatment for poorer nations and allow middlemen to set up import/export companies in poor countries with little policing
  22. TY HB keep forgetting I have to go back in after submitting and hit enter on the link to embed it Javid apparently had a positive LFT friday night after meeting with Johnscum, confirmed by 'fast track' PCR Sat am (oops typo) For THEM Its all 'interpretations' to enable avoiding rules intended for us, but to keep it fairer than they deserve, its the ping that locks down, not conscience and concern which they don't have.
  23. and freedom day ... including roadblocks for those who thought in meant 'freedom day' "Barriers on the M20 were erected over the weekend" Kent roadblocks in place for ‘holiday traffic’ – follow Brexit live WWW.INDEPENDENT.CO.UK Follow the latest updates from Westminster and beyond
  24. and also that they were pinged while in Downing street - but Johnson did a Cummings and travelled to chequers to isolate ...
  25. Can everyone just do a daily test paid for by the taxpayer and just not isolate then? Is this the result of the alleged ministers don't have to wear masks but everyone else including their staff has too? - .. given that mask wearing more protects others and populist ministers clearly dont give a rats plop about others? ... added to the following which shows both inappropriate gifting of contracts to pals that couldn't deliver (or just didnt in some cases), and populist lies, in this case Handcock KNEW that the testing regime for care homes that he had promised without justification - couldn't be met, but not only went ahead anyway, but sent untested people from hospitals back into the care homes Hancock promised care home testing against advice, officials claim WWW.INDEPENDENT.CO.UK Labour calls for absolute clarity over what advice was received and when ahead of public inquiry into pandemic response
