Anyway big thanks to everyone thats here on this site, founders, moderators, everyone that gave me support, especially GaryH .. thank you for all your help and support ..... 4. Hello Suzy and Mat, Statements hmm dont even want to remember how many times I went over mine. Good luck with everything and keep us updated. Zoe
  5. The claim you have got your letter for refers only to that account, not to any other accounts that you may claim for, so point 2 is only in reference to that. Bookworm is the one that knows what is what, I just did what I felt ok with, the other terms didnt bother me hence me not crossing them all out. Good luck whatever you decide, hopefully youll get it all sorted soon. Zoe
  6. I crossed out what I wasnt happy with signed it and sent it back the same day ..... is totally up to you what you do .... I called scm on friday pointed out they had their settlement letter back and asked when they would be paying up as I wasnt prepared to get in touch with the courts till money was in my account, she said takes up to 5 days and asked if I had agreed with everything I said no not the confidentiality clause she said any problems and we'll be in touch. I pointed out we are due in court on the 28th of November ..to which she said the money would definately be in my account before the court date. Z
  7. Hi Myzeejon, Congratulations ... is up to you what you agree to ... I got my settlement letter through the other day much the same as yours... wasnt happy with 3 so crossed it out and sent it back ... just waiting on them now. Once again congrats. Zoe:D
  8. Hi Pen, Sorry I dont have a clue about this as my claim was straight forward. Have you done a search for such things as 'refinanced loan and charges' that kind of thing? Hope you find the answer to your question. Good luck Z
  9. Hi Michelle, Sounds like you're on a roll, keep up the good work and keep us informed. Good look with everything. Z
  10. Hi Andy, Have you heard anything yet? Hows everything moving along? Zoe
  11. Hi Davyboy, Depending on when you sent your letters would depend when it would get there, but if it was sent 'signed for' and it hasnt been signed for it means it hasnt got there, and thats an issue with the post office, you could always get in touch with the post office. As for your data request you could take the letter down to your local branch which means not having to use sloppy royal mail. Z
  12. Hi Myzeejon, Have you got your court date? If so you could start preparing your court docs as they need to be in to the court and scm 14 days before you are due in court. Z
  13. You cant claim back fees applied to your account for the type of account you have. I would have thought it would have been up to you once you realised fees were being applied to get in touch with them and sort it that way. Good luck with everything and keep us updated. Z
  14. Hi Sagaloo, My settlement letter I received didnt include the £10 fee. Z

  17. Hello and welcome to the Lloyds forum angry cat, I take it youve read some of the threads ... prelim letter way to go ..... doesnt matter the size of the claim, at the end of the day its your money and if you follow the steps here youll get it back .... from some of the threads I've read lloyds can be a pain, tho I personally havent experienced that yet ... Keep us updated and good luck Zoe
  18. Cheers for that Gary .... not much longer at a guess seeing as we were due in court on the 28th.... tick tock tick .... Once its sitting pretty in my uhm dare I say it natwest account donation shall be on the way. Zoe
  19. Thanks Barty, Just a waiting game now isnt it ... Should I wait till the money is in my account before I let the courts know? Zoe
  20. Hello, hello Settlement letter received today offering full amount claimed plus daily interest .... only thing I didnt agree with was the confidentiality clause so crossed that out signed it and sent it back .... now I guess its just a case of waiting for them to transfer money into account or send out another letter. Gary, thank you so much for your help .. really has been appreciated. Shall update once I hear something. Zoe
  21. Just called the court, no papers received from lloyds and I havent had anything ... called scm to ask why only to be told the person dealing with my case Mr Thomas had already left but would be in tomorrow .... now do I bother wasting my time and calling tomorrow or just wait for them to get in touch? Zoe

  23. Hi Gary, Thanks for that. Papers posted off to scm recorded today so shall arrive tomorrow and handed in to the court asked if they had received anything from lloyds, they said no .. surprise surprise .... Wonder just when they shall bother to get in touch tick tock...... Zoe
  24. Called S,C,M this morning asked them when I would be receiving their court docs only to be told 'we shall have to chase up our client you shall receive a letter from us soon probably next week' 'Do you mean your court docs' said I 'uh no' came the reply ... informed the very helpful guy that they would get my court docs early next week and that I was looking forward to seeing them on the 28th.
