Mr. A E Locke is a complete prick! He done the same to me purely out of spite! I have a Stat Barred debt (a major point which he will not accept no matter how many times he is told) and he RE-entered it on my Credit Record and fiddled the dates so that it looks like I owe Hillesden money and have defaulted. The original default would have dropped off by now as it's well over 6 years old. I'm not finished with this to55er yet and when I get to the bottom of it I will make a formal complaint. With him it's sour grapes! If he knows he cannot get money from you he will trash your credit rating deliberately! Be very weary of Mr. A E Locke and Hillesden!

This is what I found. I have a letter from them admitting it was subject to Section (5) of the limitation act 1980 and they have closed the account. Point is, these b*****ds shouldn't of even had an account for this as this was stat barred. The date is 2007? I've never had anything from Lowell in 2007? I think these bastards done this deliberately to destroy my credit report.

Hi All, I was logged into my BT Account to get the 'Choose To Refuse' Service and noticed that they are giving the TPS/Caller Display etc. option FREE! It's called 'Privacy At Home'. Those of you with BT might want to check it out! The 'Caller Display' is very handy if you have a compatible phone! RI

Hi All, I have send Grattan a CCA request AND the template about telephone harrassment. They have ignored both and are calling me about 10 times a day. Sometimes at 8.30am and 8.00pm. Just 5 minutes ago when I told the girl on the phone to stop she 'threatened' me that the the calls would continue until they got paid. She also said that they had recieved no letters AND admitted they were using an automated dialling system! The balance is around £40. How can I report them? Thanks, RI

So what if you lived in Scotland when you 'aquired' the debt and moved to say, England for example and it became Statute Barred then?

It always is in the back of my mind that they could 'fabricate' details to make the debt 'live' again. I'm sure it has been done before plenty!
