  1. ok if i dont have a tenancy agreement we literally just moved in... what is the likelihood of being evicted? We get on with our landlord and landlady very well (they live next door). Have never paid rent late in 8 months and myself and partner both work.

Also how would it work if i decided to state i was living back at my mums address? I have recently submitted our new working tax claim pack. But that will take time to sort, so i could leave out that i receive workin tax as at the moment we dont. And basically just be living back at home with my mum (her home is a housing association).

i hope that made sense???? So many questions all the time.

  2. the debts on this credit report are ones actually at this address. Accept for mbna and cone which are still listed at old address, although i'm on a DMP and they have my correct address. However nothing attached to my mums address where most credit was obtained as i lived there on and off all my life.

There must be a way of defeating their system, a derilict house lol!

  3. I have recently viewed my credit file with Experian via their 30 day free trial thingy.

I have noticed under what i owe there seems to be a lot missing?

The section lists my catalogues, (1 missing, however they admitted to to CCA so eliminated the debt i believe) phone, basic cash account, 2 credit cards.

When in fact i have more credit cards, other outstanding overdraft accounts, some silly payday type loans, a laptopn under a loan agreement, and a Natwets loan.

So why are they not listed? Confused.... I am on a DMP and have been for the best part of this year. I am applying for BR in New Year and i was trying to establish the exact figures of what i owe.

    Any ideas?....................

  4. The laptop i have was bought in September 2007 via HFC finance, not under hire purchase but a loan agreement. I currently owe around £400 for it.

When i file my bankruptcy forms, what should i do about my laptop? Is it worth pretending it is broken or that i have sold it on, my mum said she would have it (in theory). My laptop is the only thing i own that is worth a small amount.

  5. Thank you all for your kind words. Some days i feel ok others i dont.

I think sometimes you can do too much thinking about a subject, which doesn't always help!

I realise its only money and my situation could be far worse. I don't own my home and i have no children.

I think for a while now i have been bogged down with everything. I had some personal problems my partner was in and out of work and we were struggling for months. I haven't actually done anything in ages. Rarely see my friends etc, because i'm either working/being the woman of the house or trying to sort my finanical mess out.

I haven't been abroad in 15 years. And have barely left my county lol.

So far my mum has been very supportive, she has done the usual well you shouldnt have let it get so bad and so on...... but besides that she speaks sense and tells me it really is the only way out, bankruptcy that is!

Which is true my DMP means i'll be debt free in 2046, not sure how when the interest mounts and the charges are added continually??? Whereas this way at least in 6yrs time it will be off my credit record and i can start a fresh. i will only be in my early 30's, still plenty of time to do things.

Does anyone know of any info on mortgage for bankrupties? Just interested for the future, if its poss and what interest you are likely to pay etc.

My sister (only and youngest) thinks i'm silly and doesnt understand as i have nothing to show etc etc. So her overall attitude has annoyed me.

I wish i had a bath in my place, really miss having a long soak and washing my troubles away.

Opsadaisy i wish you all the best in the New Year, i hope something works out for you and your family!

Thank you everyone. I must admit without this forum i'm not sure where i'd go or what i'd do. :-)
