Can anybody tell me: Is there a way to turn off other folk's avatars? Only some of them are giving me a real headache. All singing and dancing might seem great to them, but it's making me want to find a quiet place.

Ohgawd I doubt they'll answer it - and they'll continue to bully you by any means they can. Just remember - the onus is now on them to PROVE that you owe THEM money. Now, I know that you are saying that you owe money - but is it to these folk? They have to prove that. I know it's hard, but you have to sit tight. Do not acknowledge this debt. Above all, do not talk to them on the phone. They are still not offering any proof that this debt is owed by you or that they have any authority to collect this debt. Keep posting here. I'm so busy at the moment I haven't even got the time to go home and take their calls, let alone make any. And I really don't think they're trying very hard to catch me, either. Just one call every two weeks or so - somebody ought to tell their bosses how slack they are! Info stored for the holidays though.
