I really don't see what all the panic is about.....what business did these claim companies have trying to get agreements declared unenforceable in the first place? why don't these ambulance chasers mind their own greedy business and keep their noses out by jumping off the bandwagon they jumped on -

1st crud are particularly thick -
work out EXACTLY how long it is since payment was made or debt acknowledged in writing this is VERY important,because if 6 years has passed,or will soon be passed,the debt will be statute barred,and there is nothing they can do to collect it whatsoever if it is getting on for 6 years,it should be fairly simple to delay things till the 6 years has been reached

it strikes me that if it was just as simple for the DCA's etc to come up with an invented/reconstituted "agreement",then what is there to stop me demanding £X from THEM,and "reconstituting an agreement" of my own? something very funny is going on here....... -
