  4. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooo its raining cats and dogs here and i feel like i could go out and have a quick dance to celebrate!!! Balls rolling now, good feeling!!!
  5. as ssl stated earlier in the thread your 6years count from the time u requestesd the statments so u contacted the bank for your statments on the 13/03/07 that means u can go back to to the 13/03/01 that is of course if u wanted to claim back pre 6years well I suggest you know what your doing as the banks are not liking this at the moment!
  6. Awwww thanks so much Tilly, I do feel better now as i was feeling like I must have wrote the form out and other things flowing thro my mind, U know what its like. How did u enjoy your hols?? bet u had a fantastic time?? are u and the girls nice and tanned with the relaxed feeling!!!??
  7. Well u never believe it!! I feel happier now the 2 cases Halifax (mine) Nationwide (hubbys) went thro yesterday - i'm not quite sure what went thro means but the lady told me they have 14days to acknowlage from that date. is this correct? Im sure it is but i am doubting my knowlage now
  8. i'm trying to get thro to the courts at the moment but the line is constantly engaged (that doesnt suprise me lol) Aslo I am awaiting a telephone call from Halifax as I am trying to cancel/differ the 2 bank charges they are trying to hammer me with on friday which is the day my benefits go in and i really dont want my benefits swallowed up by them greedy guzzelers, I to put in for exemption aswell buffy. maybe thats why its taking ages.
  9. Am going to ring the court me thinks, it has been a week now since I sent in claim :-| Just want to know if my form fillin was correct. or otherwise its another week added to the time scale.
  10. But thanks for your kind words tho, they do mean alot, Just get ignored when I want to punch the posties lights out.
  11. OHH just feel so sad and so deflated, It seems like everyone is gettin what they want and im still fightin, Still fightin DWP too, This is week 5 now,
  12. Count yourself lucky then.... Ive just been charged £39 quid for being overdrawn by 0.17p Yes u got it seventeen pence.
  13. Im sorry, U will be charged, Thats the Halifax for you they hold no prisoners! the best thing that you could do is try to claim the charge back. and if u cant affored to pay it when they notify you of the payment date ring them and ask them to differ it, Thats about the best advice I can give
  14. Postman hasnt been yet buffy He always comes late when im waiting for something
  15. Im sure they try once and once only, then its up to Halifax to either pay the DD on your behalf and then charge u for the privilage and a £39 fee for going overdrawn or they will failt the DD and send you a charge fpr £39 anyway cos they can. it will take a few days for ther charge to come through the post.
  16. Dont panic Moochie, Like ssl has said - give the court a ring to see why its been sent back, they are really helpful and ask them to explain any bits that you are unsure about, once you have done that let us know and we will try to help as best as we can But most importantly - CHILL OUT!!
  17. Fantastic news buffyoo, Ive been thinkin about u this morning after you thought lil one was on her way the other night. xxxxxxxx I am so pleased xxxxxx
  18. also u are not exepmt from the exemption fee if u claim JSA on a contribution basis. sorry
  19. was the evidence that u used for the exemption in date. what i mean by that is you have to be on Income Support or JSA or recieving DLA high rate. and also u are exempt if u are claiming child tax credits and working tax credits but are under the threashold of £15,000. If u are on the above then u need to give in evidence to say that you are on such benefit and it DOES need to be in date of 1 month.
