hi the only other charge with an odd amount is 28.00 they charge for going over drawn ive got none for 20.00 sorry couldnt help

hi lolypop just checked my statements 2005 charges 35.00 but i cant see any for 20.00 or 48.00 for 2004 they 30.00 sorry cant be of more help

if i had got that letter i would still file my court papers as everybody says its your money you got the right to get it back so yes go for it im sure somebody would correct me if im wrong:)

hi also got letter this morning refererimg to lba but mine was different to yours mine was you will recieve a response no later than 15th june but im still filing court papers i think you do the same follow your own timescale some should confirm this if im right there are lots of good people on thi site

well finaly got a reply this morning to lba you will recieve a response no later 15th june redress administrator core buisiness team

the rainbow got knocked out by a black cloud but just realised i can take my t/credit letter try again monday wont give up that easily keep you posted

not good news went to court to file papers lady checked them over they were fine but got knocked back for fee remission so now gonna have to wait till can afford the fee most disapointed maybe halifax pay up na dont think so somehow

just read your thread my lba is up today not heard a word but mine is also for 15.000 with interest do i have to wait another seven days before filing court papers -

justgoing through all my forms and spreadsheets ready for tomorrow whtat do i write beside the charges on spreadsheet i only got a printout of charges so it doesnt say what there for do i put charges as notified
