i exactly what you mean but the mistake was mine that will teach me to put the old specs on in future but fingers crossed ive checked double checked and checked again all the exempt evidence is correct this time so its going in next week for DEFINANT

well just sat and n1 forms yet again this time i hope its third time lucky never filled the same form in so many times if it does'nt make it over the counter this i will begin to think im jinxed

hi the advise given to me when i joined was read read read i did a spreadsheet but dont put the 8% interest on you will find all the letters to send in the templates libary im sure someone with a bit more knowledge will help

hi just a quick question is there a time scale on filing court papers after your lba deadline date

mine should have been last monday but all this flaffing about getting the right evidence for exempt fee put it all behind just thought i hope this doesnt make a difference to time scales ssl if your out there any advice

i think i can do mine in my sleep because i have had to re doit twice now because of changing dates im getting to know it word for word.would be nice though if they settled before i fly of on me hols:)

your welcome i know what you mean everytime i get a letter from them you think is this it but should no by now its not but something strange happennd late afternoon hubby took a phone (i was out) said halifax called asked if i recieved letter so i will give them a ring monday dont no what that was al about if i find out will keep posted

hi suze i took mine into the local county court twice now think there getting to me but thats were you take it they didnt say other wise or they might next time they see me coming:)

tax credit form but i just looked it at again and they got the income wrong so had to ring them up and now hopefully third time lucky i will do it if its the last thing i do im on a mission now

not good news had reply from court dont qaulify for extempt fees the amount they give on there site is not right it has gone down to 15.050 so will wait to pay day and pay fee got to sit and redo forms again because of all the dates what a pain but i will carry on determined to see threw:(
