just found this don't know if that clarifys the matter :We try not to use the phrase "copy statements" since these are not technically covered by the Data Protection Act. The Data Protection Act covers your transaction records. Banks, however, find it much easier to supply you with copy statements. Earlier information may be supllied on Microfiche printouts.

it is actually what you have asked for , statements are sent by some banks but not all list of charges are sent out as standard by ltsb you ask for all charges relating to your account as statements can be charged at £5-£10 each but as i said some banks send out statements instead but they do not have to, ltsb have complied , just use these to work out your claim , it is also easier that trawling through statements to pick out charges they've done some of the work for you , lisa

use spreadshhets in template libray to add them all up together but you still need each charge itemised seperately so they can see them all ,if you go to faq section at top it will explain it all properly , lisa

Latest Is I Have Sent A Letter To Their Founder And Director Mike Cleary , Who Apparantly Read The Last One That Was Sent To Him By Someone Else On Here And Actually Sorted It Out , Sent A Proper Letter Not Template Back , So I Have Sent Him Copies Of Everything I Have Sent And Received So Far And Also The Information That They Are Acting Unlawfully By Persuing Me After The 12 + 30 Days Are Up Until They Produce The Agreement , They Acknowledged That They Had Received And Read The Cca Request By Sending Me Back A Letter Dated 13 Th April 2007 So 12 Working Days Put It To 30th April 2007 ,1 Calender Month From Then 30th May , So Time Up Yesterday When I Sent The Correspondence To Him , Will Keep You Updated As To Response , Fingers Crossed That He Can At Least Be Nice And Reasonable Unlike The Intimidating And Bullying Staff At Connaught And 1st Credit !!!!

I Sent A Letter Of To The Managing Director Of 1st Credit When Connaught Started Messing Me About Because I've Got Letters From Both Companies And The Guy From Connaught Who Told Me They Could Do Nothing About Anything Only 1st Credit Can As They Are The Parent Company , Don't Know If This Is Correct But Seems To Be , Anyway Found A Thread Where Client Had Written To Mike Cleary Co Director And Founder Of 1st Credit And Told Him Exactly What Is Going On , He Wrote Back Within 48 Hours And Sorted It Out , So I've Given It A Go , Follow My Thread To See What Happens , And Wish Me Luck !!! no you are completely correct on this, my court has dispensed with AQ but I still have to pay allocation fee of £100.00, however someone on here mentioned there court had done away with it so maybe yes maybe no .

They told me to ring back today , so i did , still not come back from judge , but good news is he also has the order for draft directions aswell and is looking at them she said should have been back today so hopefully should hear something next week now , keeping fingers crossed for draft directions to be ordered , keep fingers crossed and touch wood !!!
