  1. My mate just came back at weekend - she only has clear memories for 2 out of the 7 days, but is VERY suntanned and said she had a great time!! We're going to Cala Millor (east of the island) for 2 weeks in August, and we've been told the temperature is usually around 28-30 degrees. Have a great time!!
  2. Oh I see...not much I can do then really. I'll just sit here quietly and wait to be reduced to a pile of dust......
  3. Well I don't like the ones beginning with 'G' then .... (have I reprieved myself? )
  4. Ha! I've just got my 'we need another 4 weeks to deal with your complaint' letter. Er...I don't think so -N1 is going in on Friday...
  5. Have I won yet??? Now look...I only need the 32p to help fund my next recorded delivery letter , I don't even LIKE pasties....
  6. Well, they're going to either ring us back tonight or drop us a line (so the nice lady on the phone said) - but they have acknowleged recieving the letters! Hmmm..won't hold my breath for any phone calls ....
  7. Hi Penny, Still haven't heard a thing - not even acknowledgement letter . LBA runs out on Friday. As I type, hubby is on the phone to them (on hold) trying to find out whats happening. Will post the outcome, when he's done on the phone. Shall I send them everyone's best regards?
  8. MBNA are still ignoring me - Maybe filing my N1 on the 14th will shake them up a bit.
  9. I got mine in bits and pieces - I sent non-compliance letter at 40 days because I wasn't happy with the spreadsheet they sent me (wasn't clear enough) and they then sent it in microfiche form. The worst part is this 40 day business - after that, it all seems to speed up a bit. Fingers crossed they send you the rest soon .
  10. I'd let them have their 40 days first before sending further letters. They may think you don't know what you're doing otherwise.
  11. Hi Blink, I suppose it depends how long ago you sent your S.A.R. really. Are their 40 days up? Why not just ring customer services and ask them? At least if they say you need to pay £10, they can either deduct it from your account there and then, or you can just pop a cheque in the post. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the way they deal with their customers really. Also - I think you need to send 'non compliance' if incomplete, not LBA. Good luck, Dizzy
  12. Hi lisam1969, Take a look in the FAQ's - step by step guide will explain all! Good Luck. Dizzy
  13. Me too... We should have had one made for Parkvale to have his piccy taken in!
  14. Only marginally better.... Does the pasty come with a side salad or anything?
  15. Another success story! MBNA are certainly paying up this week! CONGRATULATIONS!! Well done!!
  16. I'm so pleased for you, and glad that you'll be sticking around . I'd email a reply to them - there's no point in wasting the price of a stamp is there? Am looking forward to reading about your next adventures........
  17. Right, whose round is it then as we're celebrating yet another success....... And er, ukiainib - I hope the 'exclusive successful club' are going to be hanging around for a while to point their 'not yet successfuls' in the right direction..... ....and don't spend all that money at once either!!
  18. Well done Wednesday - Congratulations!! I think you should send them a letter of acceptance personally .....you don't want to give them any reason not to pay as soon as possible now, do you?
