  1. There should be someone with responsibility for child protection/safeguarding within the hospital. If you have concerns this is the person that the concern should be referred to. I worked in CP and all our local hospitals had a named person. Any concern should be investigated appropriately. All organisations need a CP Policy if they deal with anyone under the aged 17 and under and the process for reporting concerns should be contained within this policy.

  2. Hi all, wondering how to go about applying to court for damage due to failure of Rbs & barclaycard to fully comply with SAR request. I had a look at small claims forms but couldnt see any thing that would fit for this type of claim. Any help greatly appreciated.

  3. It's a bit of a difficult area, as it depends on whether on the ship you are able to pick up the signal from the closest country, which if you are then it would be part of whatever mobile package you have bought to cover your travel to this area. However, once you are far out at sea the cruise ship uses it's own seperate network, which is via satillite. Until then, you do NOT have to deal with any debt collector that the employer may appoint to try and collect the amount - a debt collector has no powers other than to threaten. They cannot take you to court as they do not OWN any alleged debt, so you can safely either tell them to go away (in words of your own choosing) or can ignore and the matter wil

  6. Its quite clear this government doesnt really care about the economy, they may not even care if they lose the next electon. There just is a bunch of businessmen and rich people working on their fiction that success is simply about working hard and nothing else so they see everyone who isnt successful as lazy scroungers, and also their aims of reducing their tax spend and scrapping min wage. Success and failure of an economy is based on demand. Reducing the income of the unemployed reduces demand. If there is 1 million pounds, giving £1 to a million people does more for the economy than giving 1 million to 1 person. This is basic eco

  7. Hi, It's not something I've come across in the Scotland Forum yet but I would think if you phoned or visited your local Sheriff Court the Clerk would help you with that. There's some info in this 'link'.................................. http://www.ico.gov.uk/upload/documents/library/data_protection/practical_application/taking_a_case_to_court.pdf I'll have a look around see if I can find anything useful. Worth looking at this from the Govan Law Centre.................... http://govanlc.com/yourcomment.htm Regards. Scott.
