My claim was issued on 21/07/06.

The defendant has untill 14/08/06 to reply.

Hi guys & gals.

Sorry for the very late update agean

I received a letter from Rachel Hinchcliffe on the 23 August 2006 saying i would

receive PAYMENT IN FULL with no admission of liability ........

Halifax is willing to reimburse £ 752.50 in respect of the bank charges incurred.

The Halifax will also reimburse £ 166.16 in respect of the interest claimed.

This amounts to £ 918.66

(As £ 702.50 was Refunded/reimbursed to my account on 17th July.)

This amounts to the total of £ 1621.16 claimed.

Plus the daily rate of interest of £0.34p. x 23days = £7.82p

Total £1628.98
