Hi everyone!

Spurred on from sending my request for repayment letter to HSBC I have now turned my attention to the Co-op.

However, this amount is only £237.50 and thought that as i have a reducing overdraft from their managed loans people of £1800 I thought i will approach them with caution and send a very nice letter to ask please, please can i have my money back!

Certainly i do not want them to suddenly cancel my overdraft, but, as someone on this forum has mentioned they are one of the easier banks to deal with!

keep you all posted!

Yes I have a HSBC account with 4 pence in it! Hope that is not closed as I have a claim with them! Also I have applied for a Natwest account.

This is why i have done the ultra polite approach - not to ruffle any feathers!

If I feel a a slightest bit pressured about the overdraft I will leave it until a time when my overdraft is cleared then - Wham! Hit them with the standard procedure.

Fingers crossed!!!
