My fiance had a card with The Associates a few years ago but doesn't have the details anymore. We're going to have a go at reclaiming the charges anyway as he assures me there will be many!

Reading through the threads they do seem to be a bit of a nightmare of an organisation to claim from! Has anyone else claimed without having the account or card number for reference? And will they do it on the basis of address details?

Any advice will be much appreciated!!

I would imagine they'd have a database of all credit card numbers issued along with names & addresses so can't see why you would be unable to submit an SAR without your credit card number.

The Associates name change to Citi Cards was just a rebranding, as Associates was always part of Citi Group.

Before Associates it was previously Peoples Bank Connecicut which Citi bought out.

So they will have all your information.
