I agree guys, I didnt mean it in that way, I dont put anything to do with work on facebook. I should of elaborated, when it comes to facebook I just have the work colleagues as friends, we only chat about general things. We only talk about work related things in person, or over the phone, but I just meant, they can be friendly on facebook, like they are your friends, but as soon as something goes on in work they step back,

Do yourself a favour, do not put anything about this on facebook, a very very slippery slope.

I'm not on facebook so don't know if you can remove stuff you have already put up, if you can, do it.

 

You can remove your own comments on facebook if you want to - I realise this isn't relevant in this case but just so that you know it is perfectly possible and quite easy to do

Yes, but what does that prove, if the previous person made a transaction and made a mistake with change how can the employer say when that mistake was made or am I missing something here.

so next time your till is by £10 ask them for the surplus say its a two way street if its down I'm expected to pay the money so it follows if its up I should get the money........ asked my partner who is manager at a shop, she said asst manager should have noted the till was down and made report and left it at that, when the manager returned then they should if they felt necessary took any further action. Her opinion was deputy decided she was in charge and the power went to their head a bit. Wait for manager to return have a quiet word about what happened and how you felt, I suspect the deputy will be informed as to what she can and cant do.
