Hi

Myself & another lady have sent the above letter (found in the templates library) as the 1st letter to our Credit Card Companies - & then realised that it is actually an LBA.

Any chance of changing the heading so people know ? As it is the only one in the library that is to do with Cards / Store Cards im sure we are not the only ones who have done this !

Also what is the correct letter to send as the 1st ? Do we Just amend this one -

To be honest its not the end of the world, the most important thing is that you send them the information telling them what the porblem is and what they can do to resovle it and give them time to resolve it.

the letter highlighted is the pre lim letter and thats normally the one to send first.
