Hi i am a few days away from filing my clain with the court abbey have sent me the same rubbish everyone else seems to recieve. What i want to know is.... how many people have ended up in court with abbey, and has anyone actuaaly managed to get their charges back. I am feeling a bit scared about the court i need some positive feedback please xx:confused:

Hi Karne thanks for your reply. I recived a letter from abbey today telling me thats i am currently at step two of their complaint procedure, and they will get back to me in eight weeks, if i am still not happy i will be passed on to the financial ombudsman. Do i just ignore this and carry on straight to the court, or do i wait for them to get back to me........i am very confused i hate banks and think we should just keep our money under the bed like my granma did....

Hi Saralou,

 

yes a lot of these letters have been received. Just keep on track with your claim. It maybe that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing, or it might be that they are just trying to muddy the waters. Go ahead on your timeline.

Thanks Nik I will do that then and just go straight to court procceding. Thanks again for all the help i am reciving its great to speak to people who r going throught the same thing. I will deffently be donating to the site when i get my fortune from shabby abbey..........lol
