Yes that was right and I still have Mr Whites business card.

Now that is interesting because from my first investigations it appears that they do not hold a licence from the FSA to broker loan agreements or mortgages only HP, leasing, Insurance products, and their website does not mention loans secured or otherwise or mortgages!!!!????? Maybe someone else will double check

Recieved a letter from swift today.

Guess what they refused a cash offer to repay this loan giving them a £10,000 profit and insisted that £47,000 needs to be repaid. Resulting the company making a £35,000 profit over a 6yr period.

Thought about going into this business, it appears that this is more lukeritive than another other business I know ????

Looking at many things in here, no one has made any sucsessfull claims against SWIFT.

I will contest what is on there statement such as charges and will have to reluctantly pay them of, by selling our home as this wieght around my neck is causing health ishuess .

If any one wants to take on this for me or has postive advise that has prooved sucsessfull please get in touch , I will gladly reimburse should this deliver a fruitfull result.

Regards.....

Well here's one that did win with swift. They are tough though and I am sure their have been other winners too but maybe they don't use forums like this but have good solicitors. Hang on for a bit.
