i USE my a and l account hardy at all. It is a holding account between my primary and secondary accounts

anyway, been busy, took my eye off the ball and last month my dd bounced as did a few other things

they charged me 150 pounds

I have written to complain, demending it back or else! they have tried to fob me off with a long letter about bank charges saying the queue is huge, we are waiting what to find out and you would be mad to small claims us

now, small claims is 120 pounds correct? it seems a big investemet for something that could take ages.

i have done it before (got 2500 off lloyds last year), but i think its a hassle this time, but double but i hate being stung for 150 quid

advice!

Consider the £120 as an investment, if you can afford it. You will get it back when you win

I'm sure that it won't cost £120 for a claim of £150

It is not up to A&L whether you go to court or not. Having said that with all cases on hold any case would not go anywhere and you would be out of pocket for £30. There is however an argument stating that by going to court you will be at the front of the queue for payment when judgement is made and you will also be eligible for the 8% interest. Your choice, neither of which is right or wrong
