  1. I have never been down this road before, i need some advise I have been signed off work from June unfit for work. I have a long term condition that will never get any better only worse. Today I saw my gp who has written another unfit for work note. Everything has been crossed off and in the comments he has written... Will never be fit to return to current work and I think she should therefore be 'retired'. This will be the case for 3 months from 26/8/2018 to 25/11/2018. Goes on to say will not need to assess your fitness for work again at the end of this period. Sorry
  2. Found this in the Guardian today A young man committed suicide, for a debt that had escalated from 2 PNC's https://www.theguardian.com/money/2017/apr/30/debt-ridden-couriers-suicide-after-bailiff-visit-prompts-call-for-reforms#img-1
  3. Help appreciated from wiser heads on here than mine will ever be . . . At the beginning of last month, June 2015, a friend of mine purchased a 37-month-old Ford Focus 1.6 diesel from one of the Northeast branches of the Evans Halshaw group. He px'd his existing car and paid a cash difference of several £000s. The Focus being a month out of manufacturer's warranty wasn't particularly troubling as the car came with a full service history and Evans Halshaw's 3-month parts and labour guarantee. At completion of the transaction, my friend drove his newly acquired Focus the 60-odd
  4. Sorry if I am a bit dim here...just my thoughts. As my assessment time is looming, and I fully expect Incapacity gone and a transfer to either ESA if am lucky, or JSA if not so. Rather than declare myself unfit and left with no money I would be effectively forced to say otherwise? despite my diagnosis of illessess and info given to atossers/dwp. I haven't seen the JSA forms, but would hopefully find somewhere to write my illnesses down, and that as atos/dwp genuinely feel I am fit to work then I feel I have no choice but to comply. My opinion on it and medical reports don't count..h
  5. Where do I start? .... I've been off for 2months for work related stress, my GP has put bullying as well as w.r.s on my fitnote. In the last 3 years I have faced my work colleagues (very underhand) sniping and generally putting me down and intimidating me - no physical violence or shouting - she's far too clever for that. I've been to my line manager several times - but he is friends with my work colleague and, hence, nothing's been done I very much get the feeling they think I'm paranoid Anyway, since being singed off I have had several phonecalls and 1 Occ Health appt and another to c
