  1. Hi all, so I hope im using the right template here: For PNC's received through the post [ANPR camera capture] please answer the following questions. 1 Date of the infringement 29/10/2017 2 Date on the NTK 02/11/2017 3 Date received 3 or 4 /11/2017 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [y/n?]Y 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? ANPR pictures on letter of numberplate only 6 Have you appealed? {y/n?] post up you appeal] N Have you had a response? [Y/N?] post it up 7 Who is the parking company? Euro car parks 8. Where exactly [carpark name and town] Festival park, stoke-on-trent For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under. BPA i think, POPLA is also mentioned If you have received any other correspondence, please mention it here NONE £90 parking charge notice, parked for slightly over 5 hours according to their times, looks like the limit was 4h30 although this is not stated in the letter anywhere. Didnt even realise there were parking restrictions as its not like it is in the middle of town I can see you could easily park that length of time as we did, if you do several different things while there within the "park". not sure what else is useful to add if anything. I found another website a recommendation to ignore: so if thats the case then is there any guideline as to how much correspondence to expect from them before it stops or needs to actually be followed up? Thanks all
  2. The Festival of Winter Walks was set up by Britain's walking charity, Ramblers. Their aim is to make walking paths safer and encourage people to do more walking. And this year, they want you to go out walking over the Christmas period! There will be hundreds of free woodland walks taking place all over the country between 19 December 2015 and 3 January 2016. It's a great way to burn off that Christmas dinner and have fun doing it together with your loved ones. Depending on how much you feel like doing, there will be short, easy trails you can enjoy with family and more challenging walks for the experienced hiker! http://www.ramblers.org.uk/winterwalks
  3. JC decided i should sign weekly. I was meant to sign and see advisor but there was a mistake (surprise surprise) and i signed on with a lady who was clearly narked she had to fit me in between appointments. She told me i would have to go twice to the JC next week, i immediately informed her it was Eid (muslim version of xmas) and she said - 'i know but you still have to attend'. Wonderful as they screwed it up. Thankfully my new advisor turned out to be muslim and be booked off so she had to make an appointment the following week. But really - can they legally do this to people? is it not against human rights or something???
