I also managed to get my money back from Them after contacting financial ombudsman, however I am now having payments taken that are coming up as PPORTAL and OPORTAL. Does anyone have any information who they are or have a contact number please? Would really appreciate the help! Just as I thought it was over, it starts again! I'm so upset

I finally got refunded from BB loans, however once I got My refund, another company has started taking money from Me now. It's coming up as OPORTAL and PPORTAL. It isn't fraud. These are brokers that charge finding fees that most people are not aware of when they put in their details. Banks cannot do a thing. I am still waiting on my refund after weeks and weeks of calling and being told its with the processing team and I simply have to wait. Very frustrating but ill just keep on them.

Yes you need to call the companies directly and ask them to cancel all your details and refund your money back. PTLoans and ORLoans are both the same company and can be contacted on 01403 215760 or 01403 215761. Good luck.

Yes it's the same company as OR Loans also. It's amazing how one company under so many different names can get away with biting people again and again. I'm glad there's a lot more awareness and news coming out about these thieves now. That's all they are. My bank told me there was nothing they can do but did lead me into the right direction to call the brokers, make them cancel my details and refund my money which they have promised to do so in the next 7 working days. I am waiting on that. If they don't then a call to trading standards will be next. I just hope I stopped them in time before they pass my details around further. Shocking that for a £50 payday loan enquiry, I am so far at a loss of £300. Money I obviously was struggling with. Very upsetting and stressful but fingers crossed its over and I get my money back. I also have a mind to close my account and start a new one once I've been refunded. Just incase.

I have had the same issue. Altogether they took almost £300 from me from both Pt loans and OR loans. I contacted my bank and they cannot do anything to get the money back or stop it. They told me to contact the companies directly and managed to find PT Loans contact number for me (OR Loans is the same company). I called them and asked them for a refund and to delete my details from their systems and any affiliated systems which they agreed to and told me it will be 7 working days till my refund. I am now waiting on that. Their contact number for those needing to do the same thing; is 01403 215760 for PT Loans and 01403 215761 for OR Loans. It's disgraceful they are targeting vunerable people for money and I'm shocked they are getting away with this. Good luck to anyone in the same position.
