  1. Management company may not be referencing the letting agents as your posts suggest. This could be the management company for all the flats which is totally different and can have it's own set of rules which your landlord as an owner would have to abide by. This would also explain her saying it's a separate contract. Either way, you've made the request. You'll just have to wait and hear the outcome.
  2. They do share history between both desktop and mobile browsing when using chrome and signed in to the same account but I can't see how this would create multiple logs, someone with more knowledge may be able to answer that The tabs being left open could have an adverse effect if they have linked that device to you (probably through the device name if it is unique as your post would suggest). I know they will refresh if you open a tab which was already open which would create a log as if you visited that site. I don't however know if tabs that are left without being opened would do this, I doubt it though due to the potential data use. I would personally stick by the advice offered earlier where if you have unequivocal proof that you were not able to connect at that time then you should be able to cast enough doubt to have the rest examined for a possible error in the logging. Good luck with it all.
  3. Ok following on from that is your device name applicable just to you? Eg "Johns iPhone" with you being the only John at the company? Just worth ruling out that it definitely isn't the phone refresh on browser open or general browsing which has been tied back to you.
  4. When you first connected to the work wireless on your mobile was it a simple case of clicking it and entering the key or was there infact a login screen to authorise?
  5. I personally use star rescue (easy to find on google) with quite a few electrical faults on my Pug 307 they have always been great and consistently cheap to renew every year.
