  1. Are the spreadsheets for Loans 2, 4 and 5 correct that have already been done? Is it just loan 6 that needs doing now?
  2. Changed the original now. Is that ok? I think the other paperwork will only be of use to me and not you. The information is only the same as on the loan agreement.
  3. Whoops, sorry. The arrow was only to make sure that you didn't miss the number of the loans that this one paid off. The numbers on there originally were so small and faint it was hard to tell. Just wanted to make sure it was something that couldn't be missed, lol! I'll try and post the loan 4 paperwork as soon as I can. I don't have a scanner at work, but I know someone who does. If she's not busy I'll get it up later, if not it will have to wait until I get home. Thanks
  4. Sorry, have you had the chance to check that I've worked it out properly yet? Thanks.
  5. I've had a go at the spreadsheet for loan 6, taking 16% of each payment as PPI. Can you check if I've done it correctly. Thanks
  6. I tried, but for some reason it still wouldn't change it
  7. I've no answers for that! All I can do is take it from the payments that I know we made, and point this out on the FOS questionnaire. I can send them proof of all the payment that we made on that loan.
  8. Sorry I didn't type it looking like that but I can't edit it to make it more legible!
  9. More and more strange. I've just added them up, taking into account the November 05 figure at both £232.96 and also £300. We made a total of 60 payments through the CCCS. 6 at £164.86 = £989.16 12 at £181.22 = £2174.64 15 at £226.72 = £3400.80 8 at £232.96 = £1863.68 19 at £300 = £5700.00 Which makes a total of £14128.28 - an overpayment from this loan of £163.42 or if you change the November 05 payment so you have 7 x £232.96 and 20 x £300 it makes £14195.32 - a difference of £230.46 over!
  10. All I do know is that they set the payments at £115 per month, but we managed to pay extra to them through the CCCS, so they were lucky. They say that the loan doesn't include PPI, so I don't know why it's extra. I can't imagine that they would lend us extra when we were already in financial difficulties...it's a head scratcher.... All of the payments we made are detailed in post 56. I managed to miss off November 05, so I need to check what the amount was when I get home as they change from £232.96 to £300 at this point.
  11. I just realised when I was looking back on this thread, I've missed Nov 05 from the payments. I'll check the statements when I get home to see if it was a payment of £232.96 or £300. When I take 16% of each payment as PPI, is that for the whole of the loan until it was paid off in June 2007?
  12. No, loan 6 definitely didn't have PPI included. I thought it was strange how it was for £13,800 but the starting balance of the 1st CCCS statement was £13,964.86. The extra was the exact amount of what the payments were each month at the time - £164.86. I would definitely take it at that amount, as that loan was paid off entirely through the CCCS so I have statements for all of that.Angie
  13. No problem. Composing the letter is keeping me busy for now
  14. Any luck with loan 6, or is it a complicated one? I'm in the middle of trying to compose a super-duper letter to them and get all the bits and pieces together ready to send!
  15. I phoned them just now and they say that's all that they have and everything else would have been destroyed. What I think is strange though is that they haven't even sent a copy of a loan we had with GE, that was only paid off a year ago! Even that's apparently not on their system. Should I fail SAR them or am I flogging a dead horse?
  16. Has anyone managed to get anything back on any old loans/credit cards from Santander for Alliance & Leicester? I sent them a SAR and yesterday only received back a copy of a Santander loan that we took out last year! Either they don't understand plain English...or can that really be all they have? Both were probably paid off in around 2005.
  17. They certainly made it as complicated as possible. Thank God I kep the CCCS statements or I would have been lost.
  18. I got info going back to 1995, including account set up paperwork. I had to ask more than once. They can be very hit and miss though, they had an agreement from 1995 and 1997, but not 1996 (luckily I had the original of that) seems to me they have copies of everything that they feel won't be of any use to you, only them.
  19. Just been pulling all the old insurance papers, etc, out of the filing cabinet and as well as having a good sick pay where he worked, hubby also had a pension plan throughout the life of all these loans which had a pretty hefty death in service benefit. He would have also had enough of a redundancy payment to keep us going for a good while if he lost his job.
  20. You'll have to keep me up to date with how you're going. I've not long sent my claim off to them and am just waiting for their refusal now. Then I will hit them with the revised claim, as I didn't realise at the time that they weren't allowed to take the deposit off the insurance!
  21. Do you have a printer/scanner? Mine can scan in as a PDF automatically.
  22. Right I've finally got round to scanning it in. There is also a letter with a settlement figure at the end. Angie
  23. As loan 6 was purely paid through the CCCS I thought I would post these figures up that I took from their statements. These might make it easier to work out the list of payments that I have yet to scan from HFC. The balance in June 02 from the CCCS statement was £13,964.86. In July 02 through to Dec 02 inclusive-the payments were £164.86 per month. From Jan 03 to Dec 03 inclusive-the payments were £181.22 per month. From Jan 04 to Mar 05 inclusive-the payments were £226.72 per month. From Apr 05 to Oct 05 inclusive-the payments were £232.96 per month. From Dec 05 to June 07 (last payment)-the payments were £300 per month. As soon as I have managed to scan in the multiple pages of the 'statement' from HFC I will post it up here. Angie
  24. Sorry, I should rephrase that. It's not so much a statement, rather a list of payments made on loan 6. It doesn't show what the refinance figure was-only the amount of the loan. However the CCCS statement for June 02 (attached in one of previous posts) shows the amount remaining on loan 5 before loan 6 started. Angie
