I think if they take the matter to court then its very likely that the judge will just laugh at them before calling them clowns

They have a 3 year time limit to take the matter to court for recovery of the full debt. If they do not take the matter to court within that time limit then any debt is unforcable by law. I have heard many stories about these companies whom send the threats but as far as i know never attended any debtors home. I have just spoken to ndr whom state that the time limits do not apply to them as they intend to seek a liability but claim that the debt now stands at £9,451 which they state is the charges on a £100 loan. I just think that this company is a joke whom think that it is ok to harass innocent people into paying up. What ndr state is that a person with the same name has been found in which they beleive that this person has had the loan therefore responsible for that loan.... MY POINT IS THAT THERE MUST BE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WHOM SHARE THE SAME NAME

I just received a text message from northern debt recovery stating ........MR LEE, YOU COMMITTED TO A PAYMENT PLAN TO SETTLE YOUR TOOTHFAIRY LOAN.....PAYMENT OF 18 IS DUE TOMORROW.....FAILURE TO HONOUR THIS AGREEMENT WILL INCURR FURTHER CHARGES WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO THE OUTSTANDING DEBT. Hmmm I dont remember getting invoved with a payday loan and I do not remember telling NDR that I agree to any payment plan..... There email facility on their website will not allow anyone to send messages to them......HMMMM SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT

Charus automatic was the company whom owned that property until they went bust in 2009. Marshall hoares bailiffs had been using a number of empty properties for mail purposes only but would claim to be trading from them. I became very suspitious when the letters I was sending were sent back to me NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS. I then decided to ring Marshall hoares in which they had confirmed that they were in fact trading from that address. As I only live 12 miles from that address I decided to pay a visit to that address. I arrived at that address to find that it was a garage which was empty and in a poor state which also appeared to be up for sale. I made further enquiraries with the accountants office next door whom stated that the property had been empty since 2009 in which the accountants had also recieved letters addressed to marshall hoares in which I had been able to confirm that marshall hoares had never traded from that address or even owned. I also rang them while outside of the property and again asked where they were based in which they gave the same address in Tunbridge wells and that he had admitted that he was in the office so he was invited down to talk about the so called debt in which the person whom I was talking to told me that he was not in that office but in another office and that address in Tunbridge wells was an UNMANED AND PAPERLESS OFFICE in which they rely on a master computer system to chase debtors. As the garage was for sale I decided to contact the estate agent so that I can view inside that property. The estate agent arrived and we went into the property. I walked around the property with the estate agent and found no evidence of any occupation after 2009 and no master computer system but a large amount of letters addressed to NORTHERN DEBT RECOVERY, TOOTHFAIRY FINANCE MARSHALL HOARES BAILIFFS,OLIVER LARHOLT, GARY CAMPBELL AND TOOTHFAIRY CHECK EXCHANGE. It would seem that not only are they avoiding letter contacts but are using false addresses to stop people taking these idiots to court. Marshall Hoares bailiffs told me that if I am not prepared to pay then I must be hiding something. HMMMMM Who is hiding from the so called debtors

I think alot of people get worried about these companies but what alot of people do not know is the fact Toothfairy Finance/Northern Debt Recovery and Marshall Hoares are in fact the same company. The give away is the envelopes that they send their letters out in. If you get any solicitors letters about your debt check the back of your envelope. Also check out northern debt recovery and orange plc as this company use to act for orange but were dismissed under a rather black cloud after unfair debt collection practices. These idiots have been threatening me with doorstep collections for over 3 years and never do anything. Once 3 years have exspired then these companies can no longer chase the debt if they have not obtained a liability order. Take their address in Tunbridge wells which may appear on some letterheads as gen but further checks would state that its a disused garaged. Look at their spelling of Tunbridge wells spelt Tumbridge wells hmm not thought through too well. All their PO box addresses are registered to other companies long since packed up shop. There head office is in fact a block of flats owned by the council. Oliver Larholt director of all thesae companies servered 2 months in prison for threatening a taxi driver with a rep gun something tells me these companies are bad news. they say I borrowed £100 and the debt is now £19,477 hmm i think not I never had a lone but they got my details from 24/7 cashline and added their direct debit to my bank account for a loan i did not have. I have had all the threats threatening to turn up but never do but mind you i have 2 big dogs

Grodes descusion board has some rather unhappy customers in relation to those clowns. Just so everyone knows mhb/tff/ndr are all the same company and marshall hoares bailiffs are not registered as bailiffs but claim to be but in a telephone conversation i had with them in which they stated that they were registered under hmcs but checks prove that this is not the case but they still believe they are. When are these clowns ever going to learn. When a company uses the word bailiffs people assume that they are bailiffs but my argument is why use the word bailiffs if they are not bailiffs. It would seem that oft are not really intrested in their bullying practices

Cavendish place is a council block of flats PO BOX 153 sheffield a disused paper recycling centre 15 Lyndhurst terrace is an empty house owned by an old lady until her death in 2011 in which I visited in 2011 OFT will not do anything about this company as the OFT are looking for breaches by them but not intrested in their victims. It is a criminal offence for any company to threaten a debtor with a warrent of execution to seize items from your home without going through a court. They have to pass their file to a solicitor who is not attached to the company unlike their solicitors Atkinson Firth Solicitors or Phillips solicitors whom are in fact not solicitors but bogus solicitors set up by this company/ check all letters when you get them/ same print same size tiny letters and all the letters you get are from the same people. Check out all PO Box addresses on all envelopes on google as they will have an address belonging to another company eg PO BOX 1934. In all honesty it is the court whom sends bailiffs which are registered but you will find that if MARSHALL HOARES BAILIFFS write to you claiming they are registered then google hmcs and go on to their bailiffs site in which you will find that they are not upon the site or private bailiffs site.

you will find that if you do not respond to them they will go away. Trust me I have not responded to them and they have gone away. Yes I have had all the threatening emails and letters but if you check all their addresses they are all registered to another company which have not been occupied for many years. Remember they do not want people knowing where they are as there would be many angry people wanting to sue them and thats why they with hold their address

N.D.R IS NORTHERN DEBT RECOVERY HENCE N.D.R. Northan debt recovery/ Marshall Hoares Bailiffs/Toothfairy Finance are all one company set up by a man called Oliver Larholt whom is a fraudster and has a criminal record for threatening a taxi driver with a hand gun. All these companies are in fact one big [problem] company. When you ring NDR you are in fact talking to all the companies all at once mhb/tff/ndr. If you go to google earth and put in their 1a Sheffield road southbrough tunbridge wells you will see its a disused garage/ if you check out their cavendish place address its in fact a council block of flats. All their PO BOX addresses are registered to other companies so that they can avoid being sued by disgrunted victims of the [problem]

Spped credit use to be known as toothfairy finance. Marshall Hoares/toothfairy/northern debt recovery/speed credit is in fact one company. If they are refusing to give you any details then do not bother responding to them

the oft will not deal with this matter as they will need constant complaints from alot of people in which it needs to be proved that these companies are in fact breaki8ng the law

IF THEY DO ATTEND YOUR HOME THEN YOU ARE ENTITLED TO DIAL 999 AND ASK FOR THE POLICE. The police will attend and ask them for proof that they are bailiffs such as registration identifcation and will do checks. If the bailiffs state that they will call the police and the police will force entry then do not worry as the police to not have powers to force entry under civil law. The police can only force entry for criminal matters such as failing to attend court or other criminal offences but will only act after two visits. Bailiffs should not be involved at this point as they have not taken the case to court. It is the court whom send in their own bailiffs but its very unlikely this will be the case as the case has not been to court therefore any letters sent by MHB are in fact illegal. REMEMBER MHB do not have a real address, to prove this then google any PO BOX address they put on their letters. Their address in Tunbridge wells is a disused garage currently on the waiting list for its distruction

I would like to confirm that Marshall Hoares Bailiffs ARE NOT BAILIFFS and are not registered as a bailiffs on HMCS or private bailiffs register. Before you start to get really worried Marshall Hoares do not have any legal powers whats so ever to chase debts. Northern Debt Recovery, Toothfairy Finance and Marshall Hoares Bailiffs are in fact the same company therefore the law states that they have to employ a company to collect the debt on their behalf but can not employ themselves I mean they are paying themselves so where is the profit in that. I have never known any person getting taken to court for owing money to toothfairy and I have never known MHB to ever attend a persons home with the prospect of removing items. The dead give away is their Email address as it clearly mentions both Toothfairy and marshall hoares on their email address which means that they are the same company. It is illegal for any recovery company or bailiff company to try and remove funds from your account without your permission if you have removed the direct debit. Firstly contact your bank and state you need a replacement card as you have lost your card. Any bank will do this without asking questions. REMEMBER they have your card details and if you get a new card they can not remove any money from your account. secondly do not respond to emails they may send or get into any conversation with them over the phone as this may upset you even further. If you keep getting threatening text then your network provider will change your number free of charge. Please also remember that their repay rates are exstortionate and illegal as they were warned numerous times about over charging. It is VERY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL GET A DOORSTEP VISIT so do not be a prisoner in your own home. If they do visit then do not leave your doors and windows open and do not answer the door to them or get into any form of conversation with them. REMEMBER IF YOU INVITE THEM IN BUT REFUSE TO LET THEM IN ON THE NEXT VISIT THEN THEY CAN USE FORCE TO GAIN ENTRY AS YOU HAD WILLFULLY ALOUD THEM IN ON THE FIRST VISIT. bare in mind they are not registered bailiffs or recovery agents and can not provide proof that they are registered therefore if entry is forced they are committing a criminal offence which they can be arrested for a number of offences such as unlawful entry, theft, demanding money with memeces, impersonating a bailiff in which if found guilty receive a custodial sentence. You would not let a stranger in therefore do not let them in. I know this must be distressing for you but you really do not have anything to worry about. DO NOT RESPOND TO THEIR LETTERS/EMAILS AND IF THEY RING DENIE YOU ARE THAT PERSON AND DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AGAIN AS THEY WILL GO AWAY IF YOU ABIDE BY THOSE VERY SIMPLE STEPS. Best of Luck
