  1. How can it be if a new contract was never made and the last payment was made in April 2008 and nothing since? All I thought Nationwide had done passed it onto a dca..... The DMP was cancelled when the last payment was made
  2. As far as I am aware the agreement was never terminated, it was just adjusted under the same contract
  3. It did still state as being recorded till Feb 2015
  4. June its come up as a new entry as far as I can make out it only has one default entry and that is June this year
  5. I got a letter in March from AK at my old address as I was moving out sent it back as no longer at this address and haven't heard anything since and now today I checked my cra report and they have updated as defaulted
  6. Thank you renegadeimp, Brigadier and unclebulgaria I was getting really confused there...... What should I do to keep them off my back till April?
  7. I had the loan put over onto a DMP along with other debts in 2006, the account was opened in 2005 sorry not 2006, but I started a DMP in 2006 after getting into trouble...... If that makes a difference?
  8. default in Feb 2009 is according to my cra as I do not recall receiving an actual notice
  9. No nothing just this letter from AK saying the debt is now theirs and I owe x amount...... No correspondence from Nationwide themselves since 2008, the last amount was paid in April 2008 and they issued a default in Feb 2009
  10. I don't remember receiving a default notice and the loan was over 4 years so would have been up in 2010 I think..... Don't remember any of the terms as it was taken out in 2006
  11. Hi thanks for the information it was a loan
  12. SO it won't be next year? It will be 2015? Even though the debt has not been acknowledged since 2008?
  13. Hi thanks for your replies, I am in England and the default on my cra is Feb 2009 but the last payment on the account was April 2008
  14. Ok hi everyone been a while since I have been on here, so here's what has happened I got a letter back in April from Aktiv Kapital about a debt from Nationwide which I have not made a payment according to my credit report since April 2008..... The account is now 9 months from being statute barred.I have heard nothing from Nationwide since 2008 and now I have this letter from Aktiv Kapital saying the account had gone into default in 2009. As I was moving I sent the letter back saying no longer at this address and I have not had any further correspondence, I did put a redirection on our mail. I checked my credit file this morning and there plain as day is a default from Aktiv Kapital. What should I do? If I send them a CCA and they send me the argeement then the counter will go back to zero won't it? Please help I need some advice on what to do next. Tnx
  15. Thank you Brigadier you are too kind...... I will send that out as soon as!! I'll give you an update on what happens
  16. Soooooo I recieved a letter yesterday from Freds about the account they are pursuing me for and it is in fact the one which was in despute with Mackenzie Hall, although they did send the CCA to me which was a month or so after I sent them the non compliance letter. Should I now send another CCA request to Freds and go through the process again? I know that the whole balance on this account is CC charges and interest because the balance on the account when I cut up the card was about £30 below the limit but as I was paying minimum payments the charges (some unjust) and interest outweighed what I could afford to pay therefore just accumlating a debt of charges and interest! What I was going to do was send the CCA and then if and when that comes back send an SAR to claim all that back, is this the right thing to do?
  17. Hi BRIGADIER Would you? That's very kind thank you..... I just think it's very sneeky if they have done that.
  18. Yea thats what I thought, would they have used it towards a payment to the account to extend the 6 years to prevent it from becoming statute barred?
  19. I just looked it was June 2009 and this was around the time I had the account with FSF...... But if they couldnt prove I owned the account and seemingly closed it should they not have removed it from my credit file?
  20. Can they do that???? I did have FSF working on my behalf and I think they CCA'd them..... DO you think that is what it is?
  21. Thanks dx, most of them will be up next year! as they defaults were added 2007..... a couple are this year! But what is odd is on my credit card it shows a reduce in the balance of £1 back in 2010 but I have no idea why as I haven't paid anything on this account since 2007!
  22. A couple of accounts say there is no information just a red D but nothing saying default or anything, but these were updated recently which is really confusing as these are accounts from way back and all contact was ceased about 4 years ago! And I do believe they should no longer be on my file, and when I looked at my file on experian these were not present! There is also another couple of accounts which I thought would have been on there but are not, as they contacted me last year and I sent them a CCA request but they could not provide me with it, so does that mean they have removed them from my file?? and these accounts were around the same time as all the other accounts when I was young and stupid! So why are tey not on there but the others are????? I am so confused right now haha
  23. Hi I am looking on noddle and it only says it is in default, nothing else and the date goes to June 2012 if that helps?? Although a couple of accounts which are old old from 2002 don't have any information before 2011..... which I find really odd!
