  1. Thank you for your reply and words of encouragement. I am determined to pursue this no matter how long it takes or how difficult it seems at times. I not only owe it to myself but to others on here who have taken the time and effort to advise me how to proceed. My time is limited due to work and family, (7 kids, work nights as a midwife on delivery suite), so you can see I have a stressful job and lots besides. Despite this I will not let anyone talk me out of persevering with this. Having read many posts on this forum over the last few weeks I think we are lucky to have so many people who give up their time for free to help us all when possible. I only wish I had found this site much earlier, but, I have now, and won't let the people down who have helped me already. Hopefully one day I can repay all this by advising others who sadly find themselves faced with the B (bailiff)word.
  2. From reading other threads on here I would say NO he cannot charge fees 'to any level'. However, there are far more knowledgable people on here who I'm sure will advise you on this. I'm new on here , and also have bailiff problems that I have recieved excellent help/advice on. Don't stress too much, (easily said I know) someone will be along to help you.
  3. Watching this with interest. Sorry I cannot offer you advice, but good luck to you with this matter, I hope you eventually see justice done. Anyway, you will recieve all the help you need on this forum
  4. Hi to you all, sorry I have not added to my thread for a while. I haven't decided not to pursue this nor ignored all the brilliant advice I have already been given on here. I am working my way through paperwork from Bristow&Sutor and South Staffs district council. Its mostly gobbledy gook to me so it taking me a while to understand it all!! I need to get it all clear in my head, then I won't pose long, complicated questions here! I still need help and again I thank you all that have advised thus far...you are all wonderful
  5. You should feel great! You are an inspiration to us all going through this, your hard work and determination has got you results you probably never thought possible at the beginning of your thread. I have to add that the advice recieved on here, and moreover the support, restores my belief that there are good people out there.
  6. Why would you be in the 'fast' lane when the motorway is empty
  7. Their maths is different to that of us mere mortals. Going through the same thing myself, and trying to work it all out is proving to be a nightmare! I'm sure I'd never understand the bailiff's calculations even if I had a PhD in maths!! But we have to persevere and expose these tricksters, (my polite phrase for them), for what they are. Good luck, don't give up, the wonderful people on here will help you sort all this out.
  8. Many thanks for this. I knew someone on here would have the answer
