  1. Thanks Andy that's cheered me up some more, I must remember not to let the barstewards get me down!!
  2. Thanks citizenB Well your comment made me laugh!! B, O & S can go swivel and whats more, hell would have to freeze over before they get a phonecall from us  You have a good weekend too
  3. Thanks citizenB Yes, I am feeling a little anxious today (must be that time of life!!). Although I do feel a total idiot for not noticing their "alleged" CCA sooner!!!! Still, I suppose the fact that it's not the real deal helps a great deal
  4. Thanks marjie06 Thanks again Andy If they pass on to EOS, without a shadow of a doubt I'll be back asking your advice on how to deal with them !!
  5. Thanks Andy, yet again you're a star I'll file the letter then, sorry to be a pain but who Are EOS?
  6. Andy, thank you so much once again, you're a star Ok, we will do as you say, apologies for being a flapper!
  7. Morning all, Mr Z has recieved a threatogram from B, O & S this morning: THIS LETTER REQUIRES YOUR ACTION Threatening that one of their debt collectors calling at your address, Court action maybe taken against you and so on. They have a cheek to have an 0870 number as a helpline!! Bl***y cheek. As I said, their 12 + 2 days dealine for the CCA request is up next Wednesday the 13th August. Should we just ignore and file again and wait for them to default and then report them? Any advice gratefully recieved, thanks A Panicky Mrs Z
  8. Thanks so much andyorch! We had a feeling it may be an application form even though it states at the top " Credit Agreement Regulated By The Consumer Credit Act 1974" because it had about a balance transfer on there. Any advice on what the next step is? Do we write to Co-op or Incasso to say it is not a CCA? Or do we put that in as part of the Full defence?? It's been two weeks since the "Embarrassed Defence" was submitted (25th July). Northampton County Court replied acknowledging Mr Z's Defence, stating that the Claimant may contact you direct to resolve any dispute and if it cannot be resolved informally, the Claimant will inform the court that he wishes to proceed. The court will then inform you of what will happen etc. Does that mean the court will give Mr Z a date in which his full Defence has to be submitted by? Sorry if I appear dense, but just want to be sure! Getting a tad panicky again, even though I vowed to myself I wouldn't!! Any help very much appreciated Thanks tinkerbell
  9. I can't believe this, I missed it, must have had my eyes shut!!!! This is a copy of the CCA they sent, apologies for the quality but that's how it arrived! There was nothing on the reverse. It looks like it was copied on to an A4 sheet of paper. http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/nn216/Misterzeus/CCASCAN.jpg Any thoughts please Thanks in advance Mr & Mrs Z
  10. Hi delcon, You would get more help if you post in your own thread At the top of the forums (under the welcome to CAG) you will see a "new thread" button, just click on that and copy and paste your post from this thread into a new thread.
  11. Ooops! Sorry citizenB That's precisely the reason Mr Z made a ruling that we never have drinks in the "office"! I dare not "break" the rule even when he's not here because sometimes some comments on the forum have me in stitches!!!! I'd be caught bang to rights!!!!!
  12. Thanks citizenB Re my saying: It does however include a section that's headed "CREDIT AGREEMENT REGULATED BY THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974". Sorry, I didn't explain myself very well did I!! That "section" was a paragraph within the Terms and Conditions. Reading back over my earlier post, I get the impression that I have made it seem like that was a seperate entity! Doh!
  13. Ha ha, All the DCA's are held in disdain by us, no matter what part of their anatomy they've shot off
  14. It does a bit!! Although Mr Z would say winter, for some reason he always seems to forget that we do in fact have an Autumn season lol!!
  15. Thanks tinkerbell , I have had a look through, one envelope is full of copies of statements (from online) so it's not as bad as I thought (breathes sigh of relief!). There is no CCA signed or otherwise at all. There are loose pages of Terms and Conditions (kept together with a paper clip). It does however include a section that's headed "CREDIT AGREEMENT REGULATED BY THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974". So, I am presuming that they have not complied the CCA part of the CPR request really?
  16. OMG!!! 2 large envelopes stuffed with paperwork has arrived from the Co-op for Mr Z. I have yet to go through it all but after a quick shufty through, it looks like they have everything including copies of emails. It's going to take me all bl**dy day to read through it. I will report back if I believe anything is amiss, but I can't scan ( I know! I need to learn!!) paperwork, will have to get Mr Z to do that when he's off on Sunday!
  17. Sorry, due to the high volume of complaints we are receiving, we are unable to deal with your complaint just yet That's what was in the letter to Mr Z thinking about it! Totally agree with you citizenB, the longer it takes the FOS to deal with Mr Z's complaint, the longer it is that Amex and its ilk has to wait!! We are half expecting to recieve letters from yet another DCA parasite, but hey, as I've said before - more ammo for us - he he!!
  18. Hi citizenB, yes, Mr Z and I are just dandy, thank you for asking Hi babybear, we are fine, hope you are too, thank you for asking It is a drab miserable and wet day in ZVille, keep thinking it's October already!!
  19. Hi again citizenB Didn't notice that you had posted on this thread too!! Yes, actually I forgot to post last week, Friday I think it was, had a reply from the FOS regarding Amex. They say they are very busy but to let us know that they had recieved the complaint safely. Also of course that they would deal with it as soon as possible, so that's something. TBH, they can take as long as they like!! At least we have a "case number now" to throw at Amex or any DCA who try to come sniffing round!! Thanks for asking
  20. Sorry Red, haven't been on for a few days! The deadline (12+2)for B, O & S is Wednesday 13th August. We have had nothing from any Creditors or DCA's, touch wood!! Thanks for asking Hi citizenB, hope you are well I have no doubt that B, O & S will resume sending letters again very soon! Your replies from them that they are still investigating your complaints sounds very much like Citi Cards response to Mr Z. They are past their 12+2+30 days for a CCA request (20th July for them!!) and they have only responded to one complaint!
  21. Hi Red, thanks for your message, will just file the letter from B, O & S for future ammo should Mr Z need it!! The clock will still be ticking for them regarding the CCA request! Thanks for your message RMW, yes, we will treat the letter as "another nail in their coffin". You're quite right really, it does do wonders for your mood!! Regards, Mrs Z
  22. Thank you for that babybear, reliable as ever , hope you are feeling a little better now. Regards, Mrs Z
  23. Oh babybear, Please, please, please ignore the ignorant b*****d that insulted you. You are a better person than they'll ever be or could even hope to be! You are a brilliant asset to this forum and you give your help freely and widely. Mr Z and I are really gratefull for your help as Im sure so are countless others, I can't imagine how upsetting this is for you, I can only say that I would feel just as violated as you obviously do if it had happened to me. People like that who hide behind a keyboard and act in such a vicious way must lead a sad and lonely life, probably has no friends, making them jealous of those (like you) that take the time to help many, many people with debt problems. People like that are pure **** and make me so mad:-x We are sending you big hugs, Take care Mr & Mrs Z
  24. Good afternoon, Mrs Z here. Mr Z has today recieved a letter from B, O & S - actually it is a " Application For Temporary Repayment Programme". It asks for Income and Expenditure and other Commitments, telephone numbers (yeah right, like they would get that!!) and then at the bottom requires a signature!! Mr Z only ever types his name to the likes of these and never signs. So, as we expected from others comments, no mention of Mr Z's CCA request. I presume that we should totally ignore it and just file it away. Am I correct in thinking this? Any help appreciated, thank you
